  Absolutely horrible experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist, Lazaro, was not only extremely rude to me but also openly disrespectful to his own colleague. His attitude was condescending, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
  
  To make matters worse, he outright denied giving me my medication, claiming I would have to wait two hours—despite the fact that the pharmacy was empty and I was the only patient there. When I asked about an alternative, such as picking it up at another Walgreens, he flat-out refused and dismissively stated, “Medication isn’t just going to magically appear.”
  
  When I asked to speak to a manager, he arrogantly declared, “There is no one superior to me.” Even more disturbing, when I asked him to speak respectfully to his colleague—who was actually trying to assist me—he snapped back, “He is my employee, and I can talk to him however I want.” His behavior was not just rude but outright hostile.
  
  I had to escalate the situation to the actual Walgreens manager. Only after being confronted did Lazaro miraculously “find” my medication and provide it to me within 10 minutes—proving that he was deliberately refusing to help me out of pure spite.
  
  This level of disrespect and disregard for patient care is disgraceful. I have already reported this incident to Walgreens corporate consumer relations, as no one should have to endure such treatment at a pharmacy. Avoid this location if you expect even the most basic professionalism and courtesy.

  The manager of this location addresses customers very aggressively. He should be out of public service because it is a danger for customers to deal with someone like that.

  This Walgreens is hands down the most horrible store to exist. All the employees are extremely unprofessional. They have the worst customer service. There’s always homeless people laying down on the side walk in front of the door. Do not visit this store if you don’t have to.
