I don't know why this location has such bad reviews. The store is very clean and organized. The staff are helpful. They do answer the phone. The pharmacist is helpful and speaks English. The staff does not speak English very well. However, they do try to help. I switched from Walgrens Brickell to this location.

Worst experience ever, the people at the Pharmacy tell your business out there when you ask a question about the medications, there is no privacy for the patients. They make you feel like you are a walking disease.

I called the pharmacy 5 times & no response (they pick up the phone & place you on hold without saying a word). Had to call the main store to be transferred several times. Finally get through & a tech answered saying my husband's prescription is ready for pick up. I arrive and they say that his prescription can't be found & to have a seat cause it's not ready. Both pharmacy techs going back & fourth cause one is saying it's ready & the other stating that is not. The phone was ringing as we stood there & they don't even answer it.. smh As we sit & wait other patients walking up to the counter having issues as well with picking up their medications. Incompetency is an understatement.

Had to visit the pharmacy the line was long only one cashier working, the pharmacy tech nor the pharmacist was any help, the other cashier was standing at the drive-thru window doing absolutely nothing!! The customer service suck!!!

Very poor service at this Walgreens. On two different occasions, I have asked for help to an employee Mileidy and both times she has shown a very bad attitude. She is unprofessional, unfriendly, and makes it feel like customers are bothering her when asking for assistance.
This kind of behavior leaves a terrible impression and makes me not want to return to this location. Walgreens should really pay attention to this issue because customer service is key, and unfortunately, Mileidy provides the opposite

The night manager said they do not sell these RX Bars by the box... although I took a photo of the label beneath the box of bars and showed it to her.
She insisted the box had to be opened and rang up at $3 individually... i asked her to scan the box bar code, but she refused to it. She said it is not for sale by the box.

I just wanna say thanks to Carlos and Oscar (photo and pharmacy)
You need to hire more people like them (good attitude)This was our first time in this location and they helped us a lot during the time we were there. It’s really hard to find a Walgreens with decent customer service. We’ll come back for sure

I can imagine a worst farmacy than this place. Avoid it. Go anywhere else. They kept sending back and forth between over the counter and farmacy. No one able to check if it was in inventory. Will not come back
