This has to be the worst service I have seen. I work in the medical field and it is just embarrassing to see how these people operate. I am 28 weeks pregnant and have been after them for 2 weeks to send me my rhogam injection, which needs to be given by 28 weeks. Walgreens made me return after a week to pick up the medicine only to find out they never requested it! They call this pharmacy to have it expedited because they knew they messed up. The day comes when it’s supposed to be delivered and nothing… their excuse was Walgreens pharmacy didn’t tell them to ship it, but I was right next to the pharmacist when they confirmed my address and shipping time. I try to be nice and work with them…. I wait another week and here we are again without any medication. On top of that, they charged me already for a medication I haven’t even received. How can a pharmacy treat their patients like this? People need their medication and now we have to go back and forth for weeks because of lack of management and care.

I have been receiving medications from this pharmacy for years and I have never had any problems. But lately they are irresponsible and I plan to change to another pharmacy.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Walgreens. They charged my credit card $25 without my authorization for medication I neither need nor want. When I contacted your representative Pedro, he provided incorrect information, stating that only a doctor can cancel the prescription, which is not true. I have been trying to cancel this prescription for the last 6 months and it has been a constant problem. Finally, after speaking with a manager named Erica, she claims to be working on canceling it, but it has been a long and painful process. This type of unauthorized service and charges are unacceptable.

Used this pharmacy for over 2 years for Dexcom g6 and never failed until this week when on Wednesday August 23 placed refill for sensor using app, called to confirm they use ccard on file for copayment and explained my sensor would stop on Sunday so needed delivery no later than Saturday. The pharmacist confirmed. On Friday pharmacy called again not acknowledging they had already talked to me to say prescription for Monday delivery and I said I need it by Saturday sensor would stop on Sunday, got an ok it will happen Saturday (at that time they could have said they couldn't make it and I would go pickup at location if need be, but wasn't told they couldn't make it. I never got it and pharmacy closed til Monday although they billed ccard on Wednesday. Not good idea to trust this pharmacy with important prescriptions.

This is not the first time using this Walgreens. I work and am in bed by 8:30 pm.1st few times was good.last time I asked for an early delivery before 6pm, my delivery was made after 9pm. I complained about it to deaf ears.this time I again asked for early delivery before 6pm, woke up this morning to NO delivery.

This is absolutely a Walgreens Pharmacy not sure what one of the reviewers is talking about. It' the best Walgreens I have been to in Miami by far. There is never a line, real people answer the phone promptly and I have never been put on hold. The staff is supper friendly and efficient. I don't know what the person who posted "This place doesn't even exist" is talking about I work next door to it and it does exist.

Knowledgeable staff! Very quick processing. All meds came packaged perfectly with proper storage for medicine. The shipping was quick! I Would use it again or recommend it to anyone I know!

My grandfather is a senior citizen now, and his one of the loyal customers of this drug store because aside from they have the best quality of medicine they also offer a discount for him.

The most convenient drug store that I've been to. I always get assisted by the staff here. They were very attentive and responsive. They entertain their customers very well. This store will be highly recommended.

I was amazed at their staff because they were able to read the doctor's prescription. They were very prompt in assisting all their customers. The place had a nice vibe and very tidy.
