Poor excuse of a pharmacy. Customer care is non existent.
When you go to a pharmacy and request a specific number of prescriptions, you should expect to get that amount. I did not, and as practicing healthcare professionals they didn’t even have the decency to direct me to another location to fill the full prescription. I was left to realize they shorted me only after I drove 30 min home. Pathetic.

My experience at the pharmacy was excellent. I was having a medical emergency & the dark skin gentleman with glasses, (Bensy?)working the register was so helpful. I received my medicine in less than 20 mins & he helped apply discount codes making my meds very affordable. I am writing to encourage giving that man a pay increase. Keep wonderful employees like that! Thank you sir, you are a true life saver!

The place is great to go shopping . Today it was very easy to pay for my purchases, but there are times when they have a very anti-pathic cashier with a lot of bad vibes , personally she has spoken very badly to me, actually it has no customer service . It is a pity that this evaluation has not arrived before me . to be able to talk with details.

When you are sick and you call the pharmacy and they put you in hold for 20 minutes, worst customer service experience……get someone how wants work and get in touch with clients how they needs they care ….

Worst pharmacy ever, they aent my prescription incorrectly to the insurance, thanks to that, it was an issue for it to be covered the second time (which it wasn’t thanks to walgreens). The attention is always very deficient, there is a big language barrier for english speakers. When i tried to explain the situation they tried to make me and the insurance guilty, it was the pharmacy. And this is not the first time, really this is the Walgreens with the worse customer service ever. I will be changing pharmacies after this, a big disappointment

Got some toilet paper in here and some snacks during the whole covid situation. Store was pretty neat and well put together. Would definitely buy from here again if I'm around that area to buy Haitian food ??

New rude American lady cashier with glued eyelashes is always aggressive to local white and Haitians immigrants. On the other hand this store has a few very helpful Haitian/Latino men employees, but she ruins it all by trying to start arguments even when other employee is already helping a customer. Watch you receipt before leaving the store too, this store is always overcharging or not applying your coupons. Everyone knows about Pharmacy here already. Never come here for prescriptions. I can't believe U-Health is partnered with this insane mess. Security lets crazy criminals in and jokes with them, so does the employee with fake eyelashes. God forbid you try to dispute charges or do returns with female employee with glued eyelashes. Stay away!
