Says they close at 12 am was at the door at 11:50 and staff didn't want to let me in even though they're supposed to close at 12 they wanted to be lazy and close early and deny multiple customers service. Sad

Horrible customer service. Today 02/29/24 at 3:15pm I was attended by an extremely rude lady at the cashier, if she doesn’t want to be there & do her job then just do her & everyone else a favor & fire her, screw people like her, make me not ever want to go back. I put my number for my rewards & she acted like it was such a big deal & on top of that didn’t give me my $2.53 reward that I could’ve used all cause she was in a bad mood I guess. She’s not fit for her position.

I am a clinic provider. I have been unable to reach anyone in the pharmacy in a timely manner to do an order clarification that was requested by the pharmacy. Have been on hold for over 25 minutes and still no response.

I made the mistake of asking about the location of the sale items. The MANAGER told me to go to aisles 14 or 15. There were no sale items there.I returned to him, and told him that I could not find them. He mumbled some meaningless words. A complete waste of my time.Kindergarten rule: If you don't know the answer to a question, just say you don't know, and then find the answer!This store is so hopeless, even the Manager can't help you to find the items that you need!

WOW ,they didn’t even now what my medication was or have it ,one person taking care of the window and the front ,I went 2 times ,Icant say enough how awful it was , cvs on 27 ave and 7st has 20 people like ants your in and out .

I had a prescription sent here from my doctor while traveling. I called the Walgreens automated line where I was informed they had received my prescription and it was ready to pick up. Inside the store the pharmacy technician behind the counter was doing her best to try and ignore any customers, but then reluctantly came to the counter. She proved to be very unhelpful as I had to tell her several times that, “yes, they had in fact received the prescription.” Shaking her head as she still couldn’t find it, I called the Walgreen’s automated line, where the computer also told her it was indeed there. When she still wasn’t finding it, I had my doctor send a photo of the escript before she eventually “found it.” To my face-palming joy, the pharmacist then came over and told me the medication was out of stock and they have no idea when it will be available. Communication is definitely not something they are striving for at this Walgreen’s. Luckily, as I was then sitting in my car in the parking lot, trying to find another Walgreens in the area that may have my medication in stock, I notice the pharmacist then took it upon herself to completely canceled my prescription.I only hope that the next time they need something, they receive the same level of care attention they gave me.Booooooooo.Are you still reading?Weirdo.

The service was terrible, I was on the phone to talk to the pharmacy for more than half an hour and they picked up the phone and hung up as if we were animals, they earn their money thanks to us patients, if they don't feel like working, they should stay at home but Treat people well and don't leave you waiting as if you were a decorative figure, they have everything less than zero (0) they should pay more attention ????

Terrible service… the lady from the moment I called her was angry just for asking for my order. Just to pick up an order that should have been ready 3 hours ago. I do not recommend going to that pharmacy, since in order to obtain a service they came out screaming and opening their eyes. Zero professionalism. Mrs. Marlen treated me poorly… definitely the worst experience

Picking up a prescription and I was ignored. The girl said" you have to wait, you just got here". (I was the only customer in the drive through). Another lady asked " what do you want"? Not only the wait on the phone is almost an hour, but that behavior is not acceptable. Changing to CVS pharmacy, effective immediately!

I just left that pharmacy, they treated me very badly, my brother bought a mattress on Saturday, it came out bad, it was damaged, okay, these are things that happen, the lady who is on duty at the cash register at this moment refused to help him and I called A tall dark-skinned boy who treated him in a bad way, being very polite but sarcastic, responded ok, we ignored him and we just wanted him to change our mattress. I opened my WhatsApp to check my status and there was a video with music. The boy demanded that I turn it off. My cell phone or ñe turned down all the volume, I mean, did he go crazy because it's my phone and it wasn't at high volume, it was normal, then the lady at the till came up and yelled at me, shaking me that I had to turn off my phone because the boy I said it and point to which I responded that I wasn't really going to do it, those people who are on this shift are rude and treat the customer badly, they didn't change my brother's mattress, they took my ID information supposedly because they They were going to change and they didn't do it ok according to what they returned it to his card and they took my ID information. It really seems very suspicious to me because the boy kept my ID for a long time and I hold him responsible for anything that happens with the data that he took from my ID

you would think a pharmacy technician of “11 years” AND the pharmacist would know about tylenol cold and flu that’s behind the counter…. but it’s extremely worrisome that they don’t. i’m scared for the patients here.

This pharmacy is terrible I don’t recommend anyone to go because if they need important medications. This people here lie to you stating your medication will be ready next day and never have medications available for patients. Terrible service with clients from pharmacy. Don’t go!

On a Sunday at 5:30 in the afternoon the doors are closed with people inside and no explanation even though signs show store is open 24 hours
