Have been coming here for years, and I always dred having to visit. This is the most unfriendly place to come to. Seems like employees hate having to work. Most of time lines at pharmacy are long as they only have one person working it.
CVS accross the street is a lot friendlier.

I have been using this walgreens as my primary pharmacy for a little over a year now. I have to call to refill my medication and reaching the pharmacist is incredibly challenging. I usually end up getting left on hold for upwards of 15 to 30 minute periods which usually results in the calls failing before I reach the pharmacist and end up getting booted to the back of the queue. The longest wait has persisted over two hours. Service at the walgreens itself is solid, but reaching them is damn near impossible.

The incompetence at this location is unbelievable. 3 months in a row my doctor sends a prescription for 90x quantity, they fill 30. Not only that, I have to call THEM days after it was sent asking if they received a prescription because it’s not showing up on my Walgreens account.. “oh yes we found It’!… Do I have to do your job to and remind you when a prescription is sent and to start filling it for me??? Then after all that like I mentioned they get the quantity wrong. Multiple visits and co pays to get what should have been 1 visit / 1 copay because of their stupidity.
I only come here out of the convenience of being in the Gables, but that will change. This place is ridiculous, the people who work for the pharmacist don’t know how to use technology or read I guess.

Love this Walgreens! I always find what I need and more. Toys, gifts, flowers, cosmetics!
Most recently, Halloween goodies for myself and kids, good prices too!

Absolutely horrendous! The pharmacy staff is beyond unprofessional and the long lines and lack of customer service is by far the worst. I already filed a formal complaint with Consumer Relations. Also no one greets you in English.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a Walgreens but here we are. This is the worst pharmacy/store ever. There are constant mix ups and confusions in the pharmacy, if you go to the photo counter, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to even come and attend you (every single time). Other employees walk by and ignore the fact that customers are waiting. They need more staff and better customer service!!! They also only ever have one person working at the front of the pharmacy which means colossal wait times for prescriptions!!!

This Walgreens is ok. Its neat and everytime I go its in order. I just don't like how rude some of the cashiers are. In cosmetic no one helps out at all. This is why I only give 3 stars. Needs better customer service.
