I wish I could give them 0 stars. They lie and say they speak English when they don’t understand you whatsoever. No help, and they’re very rude at this location. Go to another Walgreens, just not this one.

If I can give this pharmacy-5 I will do it.
The bad costumer service ever. I went first time and I have electronic prescription. She try to find on the system but not yet. I told her to try call the other pharmacy and got it she said we can’t you should wait or bring printed prescription. I went back and got a printed prescription. She put the information on the system but she said nothing is that for you? And all what im saying she is in a very bad behavior and rude rude as much as i can said .
She said there is nothing with uf and uf bla bla bla !
Is that write ?? At the end she said ok I find but the insurance doesn’t cover you should pay the medication! What ? Always my insurance cover my medication! I said i Have no problem give me the medication she said no come back at April 5 ! From March 31 she want me to wait until April 5 and im pretty sick and pregnant! So i fight with her. The Dr come and get the prescription she find my bame and i didn’t pay anything!
When she prepared she gave to the rudest girl she throw the medication in front of me in a bad way !
Don’t go there it’s too bad service and rude

If I could give them zero stars, I would give them today, 3-31-2025, at 5:30 PM. The employee at the pharmacy was very bad. She has no professionalism in dealing with people and wants to work according to her mood. I saw that the customer in front of me was also upset with her, and when it was our turn, I saw dryness in her dealings. Even though we gave her the doctor’s prescription, she refused to fill it and made excuses for us. She tries to make us go, telling us that the medicine will be ready after a week, and once she says that insurance refuses to cover it.The manager was there and noticed the employee's strange behavior. She immediately intervened and gave us the medicine, and we left. I wondered why the employee was behaving in this unprofessional manner.

I’ve had nothing but trouble getting my prescriptions filled correctly at this pharmacy. Every time I come in, there’s either a mistake with my medication, a delay, or they claim they never received my prescription—even when my doctor confirms it was sent. The lack of organization and communication is beyond frustrating. I rely on my medication, and having to constantly follow up, wait extra days, or deal with incorrect orders is unacceptable. If you need a pharmacy that’s reliable and efficient, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Typically, it's a pretty decent Walgreens. However, today I was buying a product in the laxative section. And it said by one bottle and get the second 1 at 50%. But they have this all over the section. And they mix the brand name with the Walgreen generic name. So I obviously expected 50% off on the second bottle from the Walgreen brand. But apparently, it only applies to the brand name. So it was cheaper to actually buy the brand name than the generic. So I should have paid more attention. However, the staff really had a bit of an attitude. Sour face, disinterested and were not rude or anything but, I don't know, just not the greatest of customer service with a smile. Maybe they were just having a bad day. It's a good store so I will continue to shop there..my bad, I will pay closer attention.

Only come here because they are the closest pharmacy with a drive thru.
They take forever. Leave you on hold or hang up on you. Today I have called countless times. Finally go through and the issue with my prescription still had not been taken care of.
My doctor sent a specific prescription and that was not enough. They did not trust what the doctor had sent. Here we are almost a month and counting and I still have not been given the correct dosage. Just horrible!

This pharmacy has the worst service. Waited for a Flu test and was forgotten by the staff. If you cant offfer thw service then just dont.

So patient and kind. The pharmacist and her staff were amazing. The pharmacy was very busy, only 3 people working. However they kept a very calm and caring attitude. Bravo!

The worst of the worst. Totally understaffed and could care less. They told me come in because they’re closing soon. Waiting an hour, still not filled. On top of that they don’t take my very common insurance. Avoid if possible. Wish i would have read the reviews first.

You wait on hold with the Pharmacy for over 15 minutes to have them hang up on you… you call back and the same thing happens. Horrible service in this pharmacy!!! Stay away

This is the absolute WORST customer service at any pharmacy. The level of incompetence coupled with the rudeness of the pharmacist is unmatched. Not only do you go ignored if you are the only customer waiting for a prescription, god forbid you have a question about your prescription! Honestly, I would believe it if you told me they receive a bonus for each prescription they hold hostage from a patient. I cannot emphasize this enough, but if you have the ability, pick a different pharmacy.

The WORST service I've experienced anywhere!You literally can't even call the dam place to ask if something is in stock, because they'll just keep you on hold. On the phone they'll say please hold and keep you there. The longest I've waited was 45 minutes until I said screw this, then I went there and there wasn't a single customer at the pharmacy. Then they will continue to blow you off at the actual counter, you have to borderline force them to help you.These people should be ashamed and have no business working in healthcare!
