Worst pharmacy in the area. Pharmacist (Ashley) acts like it's her pharmacy and she can establish rules. She refused to admistrate Flu and Covid vaccine to me because I was ONE MINUTE late, after I spent a couple minutes in the line to get to her. Walgreens corporation needs to investigate her to find out why she is sabotaging vaccinations.

this morning I went to 3 different wallgreens stores and none of them were working on the camera for pictures, either it wasn't working or they didn't want to do the work in the store! so if you leave the house thinking wallgreens does that kind of job, you better look elsewhere!

I just came in here to buy flowers and the cheapest they had were $15. I knew better than to spend that much on the cheap bouquets they sell but bought it so I didn't have to run around. When leaving the parking lot I saw a street vendor selling roses for $5 a 6 pack. Bought those and went back inside the Walgreens to return their overpriced flowers and was told "this is a non returnable item". That would be understandable if I came back the next day but I told the lady I JUST bought them a few minutes ago, and she knew cause she was the one who took my order. I asked if she could override it and she said she couldn't so she asked her manager. Her manager gave me some drawn out B/S answer about how she can override some things but can't with others and bla bla. I hate Walgreens in general for overpricing everything but then you wont even take a return of something I purchased 5 minutes ago and is still in perfect condition? I see why this location has so many bad reviews and I will never be going in here again to purchase anything. Hope they go out of business and get replaced with a CVS. I will also be putting in a complaint with corporate. This is just laziness and POOR POOR customer service.

Switched my pharmacy to Costco and I feel very happy about this. The customer service at Costco pharmacy is excellent. It’s worth driving all those extra miles for the service at Costco.

Worst Walgreens in Miami ? I went there to off my prescription I was greeted with a line of at least 10 people in a regular inside line waiting for the pharmacy with only one pharmacy technician on duty unacceptable there was nobody else there but her I walk right out I wanted to purchase some items there but decided not to when I asked the young lady can I drop off my prescriptions the young lady stated that there was only one line and that I needed to form the line thank you no thank you

I always have a good experience when I visit this Walgreens.The only concern will be the outside appearance. Sometimes there’s a lot of trash on the outside and it’s very distracting.

Hi my name is Reyna FleteAnd yesterday I made an appointment online for a vaccine and I think by mistake with the technology it did not appear in the pharmacy system when I called so I didn’t get to have it.Later Shivani Raí,RPh manager contacted me apologizing by the mistake and she is very nice and professional.Today I got to do it and met her in person all I can say I wish there are more professionals, educated and kind like she is.Shivani Raí is an asset for the Walgreen’s Pharmacy.In Miami Florida.

Over the past two months I've purchased the same Cetaphil Deep Cleansing Bar (5+ times), which is locked behind a glass shelf. I've received assistance 4 times from the same staff-member, "Marily"; she has always handed the product directly to me. I've walked around the store, identified the other items I've been looking for, and checked out without any issues. TODAY, for whatever reason (maybe the clothes I was wearing?), Marily decided that I wasn't trustworthy enough to hand the $5.49 item, and told me she had to drop it off at the front counter and that I should ask for it when I was ready to checkout. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and I told her "You've handed the item over to me directly every other time I've interacted with you". She then responded "Items have gone missing in the store". So, is she accusing me of potentially stealing a $5.49 item? The Manager on Duty did little to make me feel valued or appreciated, once I explained the situation to her (I forgot to ask her name). Overall, it was extremely embarrassing as other shoppers were nearby listening to the way I was treated. I am disappointed, and offended.

6 people on the floor and nobody is able to help you. They need better management. Horrible customer service. Im glad i dont live near so i dont have to deal with them.

I understand what's going on in the world now. But I was just refused entry to this Walgreens from buying my "essentials" by the security guard claiming I need a mask on to enter. There are no laws put out or is it a requirement to wear a mask. Masks are hard to find nowadays and not everyone is going to have one. They caused me to have to be driving around looking for another store to purchase what I needed when I could have just gotten it from there. Horrible customer service!!!
