It’s imposible to talk to the pharmacy!!!They keep answering the phone and telling you to hold every single time, don’t even give you a chance to get a word in. Why do they even have a phone, it’s ridiculous.

Terrible attention from the lady at the checkout!!! She sends me to download the app and then tells me that I have to get back in line ??yes she herself pulled me aside to serve another person while I was downloading the app I thought it was complimentary for some coupons but otherwise I would have paid in one go for what I wanted to buy!!!! I LEFT the product in the store NOOOOOOO go to this place, terrible service

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience dealing with Manager Yudelca. To put it mildly, her conduct was utterly unprofessional and left me deeply dissatisfied.From the moment I approached her with a question or concern, I was met with an appalling lack of courtesy and respect. Yudelca's dismissive attitude and complete disregard for my issue was both shocking and disappointing. It's disheartening to think that someone in a managerial position, who is supposed to set an example for the team, could be so rude and unhelpful.Furthermore, her communication skills were severely lacking. She not only failed to address my concerns but also seemed completely disinterested in resolving the problem. I felt ignored and belittled throughout the entire interaction, which is unacceptable behavior, especially from a manager.I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and disrespect in a customer service setting. It's clear that Yudelca lacks the basic interpersonal skills necessary for her role.I strongly urge Walgreens to reevaluate Yudelca's position within the company, as her behavior reflects poorly on the entire organization. I, for one, will think twice before returning to a place where customers are treated with such blatant disregard.Save yourself the frustration and disappointment; avoid any interaction with Manager Yudelca if you want a positive customer experience.

Omg !!!! Unprofessional no courtesy Claudia supposed to be manager at the pharmacy full of excuses and no solutions my doctors office called place an order for me prescription I get here they have nothing hey pray for her a voice message from my doctors office was back on the computer and now she finds it interesting she asked me to have a seat it would be like an hour and I asked her an hour for what to grab a bottle of pills count them out and hand them to me that takes an hour I’ve been at work for 10 hours I just had heart surgery two months ago do you think I wanna wait around for an hour for pills not taking my prescription medication to a different pharmacist all together farwell to Walgreens especially because that location makes a lot of mistakes all the time this is not the first one

The Walgreens in South Florida are all terrible. They make their money off of the liquor stores that are attached to them and don't give a damn about the people there to get their prescriptions filled. When you call the store to try to talk to a pharmacist, you are forced to listen to elevator music forever. No one will pickup the GD phone.

This is a Walgreens that I use for my pharmacy. I love this place, the people are friendly, after a while they get to know you. I'm typically greeted by name when I come pick up some medicine. Their pharmacy area is not big like 24 hour store so sometimes they have to order the medication but for the service is worth the wait. Typically one or two days for orders to come in.
