Wendy the cashier has the worst attitude imaginable. Went in to buy two lollipops to get cash back. The sku wouldn’t ring up so I bring the sku that’s attached. In a rude tone she tells me she can’t ring it and to grab something else… Why would I buy random item just to appease you. The whole interaction was just strange. It was bad enough that I reported it to corporate. That location needs a major overhaul from bad attitude employees and also employees that can’t even communicate with customers because they bc ant speak or understand English

The store is fine along with lower level employees. But the manager older gentleman was heavily rude and they did not have items in stock he refused to substitute it, and said wait for my refund instead, i bought it on a deal so he basically screwed over my online purchase. Perhaps it was intentional to make me spend more in this bad economy. I am rating this store 1 due to bad management not lower level employees as they were good.

Working over a decade in customer service, I can say that this place is horrible at it. The lack of respect, the ladies working there were mumbling and whispering things about me. I was there to get Passport pictures which should be smooth and it was early in the morning, they put a BUT or a NO for everything. Looking up online the requirements for a passport picture its not mandatory; who do they think they are? To make things worse the guy took the last picture of me and he didn't even show it or gave it to me until I paid. Of course, because the moment I got inside my car and saw the picture it was horrible. What a waste of money and time.

Terrible service, I have gone 2 days in a row to buy makeup and there is no way for someone to assist me and unlock the products with security seals. Today I asked Mr. Roque who could help me, and he rudely told me that they were not going to help me because there were only the two of them, the two who were in the boxes.

THE PHARMACY WERE AMAZING FAR AND BEYOND. HOWEVER. THE STORE MANAGER TORRES WAS A DISGRACE. I HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT AM ISSUE AND HE SAID WAS BUSY IN A MEETINGI WONDER WHY THEY ARE CLOSING STORES. THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD TRAIN TORRES .

This store is a good one coming from the Walgreens brand , it has a very attentive staff that can help you to find what you were looking for there beside the store is very clean I do can affirm that , it has amazing children gifts that you can choose randomly and even the one you choose will be a great choice because they wrap out in a special way that make them look like an expensive give , I appreciate that . So you stop by and shop anything that be in your needs , all it is in good quality. ?

As I was trying to buy a gallon of milk for breakfast, I showed the store cashier my phone; when she sow it, she said she did not know how to do that, charge me through the phone, so she said I wasn't getting anything there. I asked her to call the manager, and he said that if the cashier didn't want to take care of me, he wasn't going to either. I asked him for a supervisor's number, and he said he wasn't going to give it to me. He denied me the number after denying service to me. I asked him to try to ring my milk up, and he, in a very rude manner, said no. I have never felt so offended and humiliated in my life... This must be the worst experience I've ever had as a customer... I felt belittled and despaired...
