Not sure what the Walgreens or for that matter any store policies are these days. Purchased an item @ the Walgreens in doral and tried to return the unused item with receipt less than 30 days @ the 97 ave coral way store. Clerk flat out said no we don't receive that item @ this store. Didn't call Management or anyone just didn't feel like it. Rough times for consumers almost makes you not purchase anything, just the necessary. In case you need to return anything avoid this store definitely not customer oriented. I guess they just didn't want to do the refund process less work.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FILM HERE. I’ve waited over a month for my film photos. Every week I call and go in person and they have a different story. None of them know what’s going on. They waste 15-20 minutes of my time every time I go in person demanding to know why my pictures aren’t ready. First they couldn’t find my order, second time their cd machine was broken. Now I finally call FED UP and they’re saying the lab can’t find my photos. I knew they lost my photos after the 2 week of calling. They are dishonest and don’t know how to do their job. If you don’t want to lose your precious pictures, do not take your film here. You’re better off going to a legitimate place.

— My husband and I have tried to have a pleasant shopping experience at a Walgreens. It's a shame, because I tried to give myself one more chance by going to another of their stores, even though it was a little far from home, the experience didn't change. It seems that the cashiers who have served us are always angry, upset. They are rude.
If I didn't need it, I wouldn't come back...

Terrible service. The checkout counter didn't know how to process a return. She called her manager and instead of helping me, the manager told her to deal with it and went to help other customers. I took my items and left to go to a different Walgreens.

Awful service. The older ladies at the register pretend that the photo machine is not working to avoid having to do the work. Simply awful. Do not go here for any photo service needs.
