Absolute disaster. Rude lead pharmacist on duty on 7/2/25 at 10pm. Told me it’s best to take my prescription elsewhere after I asked them to look in inventory for other stores since they haven’t had my prescription for two weeks now. They were closing in 5 minutes and didn’t want to do it. Absolute clowns. Need to get rid of the entire staff that were laughing and start over at that place. Get your prescription filled elsewhere. Now a days there are so many options that we don’t need to put up with this rude and unprofessional behavior.

very kind people at the pharmacy and resolved my issues quickly. They Answered the phone and was very helpful and polite. This is very welcoming and refreshing to find because I came from the pharmacy at CVS and they would never answer the phone.

Today I came to Walgreens to print my photos and I was patiently waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to help me. I walk over to the service counter and wait in line to ask an employee for help over in the photo’s department, and instead of respectfully and professionally explaining that she does not run that department, she decided to say (with attitude) “A ti yo no te atiendo!!” I responded, “that is not the way to speak to anyone. Even if it is not your department, there is no need to speak to me like that.” The employee’s name is Eva and regardless of what department you run, respect is expected.

Costumer service in the pharmacy is the worst. The doctor of the pharmacy, Julio, never went to the consultation window even when a coworker told him we were there to ask about a medication.

Tania was amazing helping me with my fed ex on site return. If you don’t have tape or a box, they have limited supplies-you can purchase a small box and tape from the Walgreens. If you need supplies it maybe cheaper to bring everything already boxed up as they just process returns. Process was quick and she was very helpful.

Sat in line for 2 hours at the drive through. Pharamacists here DO NOT speak english. By far the worst walgreens location in Miami. The only reason to end up here is because the pharmacy closes later than all other locations in South Florida. Walgreens, if you’re seeing this please hire the appropriate amount of staff with bare minimum customer service skills and basic english. Thank you.

This Walgreens has gone through a huge change. This was my go to location for everything including the pharmacy. Now every time you show up medications are not ready. Lines are horrendous and you can hear the employees complaining about the conditions. In order to keep good people you have to treat them well. It starts will loss of employees, then loss of your customers and then the business demises. It’s a damn shame!!!

Isabel, The lady at the register had the worse actitud and customer service skills, she left the register and went to help somebody else she finally came back like 10 minutes later blaming the customers that didn’t hear her when she said in Spanish, I’ll be back.
