Worst Walgreens customer service ever they’ll never pick up the phone even if you’re on hold for an hour. They just don’t pick up the phone. You would have to go there and then once you get there they said they’ll do better ,than the next time you call for urgent questions, they still never pick up the phone. It’s a waste of time. They abuse the fact that they’re 24 hours.

The most inefficient Walgreens I have ever been to. And no respect for hipaa. They ralk loudly about your medication and condition for all to hear. Just awful and sloooow.

I just went to pick up a medication in the drive through and the older lady with red, curly short hair was incredibly rude to me. This place has 2 starts for a reason. Believe it. Ive been treated very poorly here every time, unfortunately

I am once again writing about your store at 8450 Coral Way, Miami, Fl. 33155, and its customer service. I needed to go through the drive through again, to pick up an Rx. Again, and this is now 4-5 times that this has occurred, the second drive-thru lane wasn't available due to a technical/mechanical issue as before. Today, there was one vehicle in front of me that I could swear that the driver wanted a flu-shot thru the drive-thru. I'm exaggerating of course, but I waited 20 minutes behind this one car. Question Walgreens Corporate, if the order/pick-up turns out to be complicated, shouldn't your staff direct the person to come inside to handle it instead of tying up the drive-thru endlessly and now creating a 4 or 5 car back-up?This to me seems like common sense, but going back to other occasions with this staff's poor performance history, I got stuck in the second lane once, and after being there for a few minutes, the young girl, yes she was a girl, comes over the intercom to tell me the lane was "broken." I asked as to why they didn't block it off so no one would naturally drive up to it like I did, and she replied that they didn't have time. Not acceptable! Now my spot was gone as there were two vehicles in the one lane and I had to drive around the store to get into a new queue.When I finally made it to the window and completed my transaction, I asked for the pharmacist. When I lodged my complaint he had the gall to repeat that they were too busy to block off the lane an was rude about it. I almost parked and went inside, but I refrained.One of the other reviews here mentioned the staff not answering the phone. I''ll just let it go because it's sooo true and I'll just get more irritated.In reading your Google reviews on this store, "rudeness" was a chief complaint. Where is the district manager and where's the proper training and oversight?I myself have switched pharmacies to CVS across the street solely and because of the drive-thru service, but my wife still has her RXs filled there. I'm trying to talk her into switching as well since I'm the one who mostly picks them up. Shame on you Walgreens, but I can only surmise that it's because you don't really care and that people will still shop there. Not me any more!

The WORST service I've experienced anywhere!You literally can't even call the dam place to ask if something is in stock, because they'll just keep you on hold. On the phone they'll say please hold and keep you there. The longest I've waited was 45 minutes until I said screw this, then I went there and there wasn't a single customer at the pharmacy. Then they will continue to blow you off at the actual counter, you have to borderline force them to help you.These people should be ashamed and have no business working in healthcare!

Worst service ever. Casually the camera to take a passport photo was broken just because it was late (9 pm). Obviously they didn’t want to take the photo.

Pharmacy takes an hour to answer phone calls, continuously putting you on hold and back on the queue and even hang up on you making you have to call all over again just to be placed on hold for another hour. They lie to their patients. Told me that my medication wasn’t in stock without even verifying, clearly undermining my need for it when it actually was in stock. One time they gave me the wrong medication (one that I had already picked up at a different Walgreens) so I had to go back and return it and pick up the correct one. They are rude and are awful with multitasking and don’t care about their customers/patients.

The pharmacist here needs to take a course or two on customer service. Her customer service is absolutely horrendous!

This Walgreens is very slow at processing your scripts. They state it's ready and you get there it's not. Back orders are not received as quickly as they state. Drive through can be a long wait sometimes. Many times I go to the one on 20st and Kings highway.... saves me the hassle although it's further from me.

Don’t come here long long long wait lines only one person for drop off and picked upI don’t get it because Walgreens is one the fastest pharmacy but in MIAMI nothing works anymore .

Horrible. I literally just went to drop off a FedEx package. There was nobody there to help me. So I asked the manager and she says I don't work here. Instead of finding somebody to help me out. She just walks away. I didn't even come to buy anything

The fact they have a drive through is great. If only it didn't take over 30 minutes to be helped. Drive through should be faster. Spent over 40 minutes in drive through

Onaisis at checkout is my hero! I went to 3 different Walgreens attempting to process a simple return and no one could help me either because their system was down or they didn't know how to do it. Onaisis was able to easily process the return and was very kind about showing me how to access my rewards activity in the app as well.

Let's start by mentioning the fact that no one visits the Pharmacy for pleasure, but only out of necessity!All the staff urgently need to take customer service seminars, but more importantly, professional and ethical practices.They must know how to behave, empathize with both patients and their families for the situation they are facing.I highly recommend the Florida Department of Health and the Dade County Department of Health to take action and regulate these procedures!This store is a total shame!!One star is too much!!
