I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. I initially called and was asked to hold so they could speak with the pharmacist. Instead of helping, they picked up the phone and hung up on me without saying a word. When I called back, the same thing happened—multiple times. I attempted to reach them a total of five times. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting.

Daniel super rude . Walked passed me in the aisle and I was asking for assistance to get something that was locked. Also, went to pay cash at register and I asked Daniel for change and he said no we have little change I asked for 2 tens to break a twenty and he had a register full of cash. Smh please read ur reviews Walgreens. Ur paying these people for customer service and apparently they don’t care about ur customers or their service.

0 stars this is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy in Miami. The pharmacy staff is rude never answer the calls. they will pick up and say hold with our asking can you please hold and will do this over and over. I have been on hold for up to 45 min and driven to the store while on hold and they don't care.. Everyone should get trained or fired. I switched to express scripts for my husbands meds, and will move to a different Walgreens ,

3/4 of an hour in line to pick up my meds! Not even the drive through. Not to mention only 1 pharmacy cashier handling both incoming customers and the drive through lanes. C'MON! Will NOT be coming back to this store.

Unfortunate. Some of the pharmacy techs are actually really nice, but some are absolutely dreadful . I’ve been hung up on multiple times while being told to hold for 5-20 minutes
If you can, please don’t use this as your dispensing pharmacy location .

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Walgreens pharmacy. The wait times were incredibly long, and the staff seemed to have no sense of urgency or empathy towards the customers. Not only that, but they also misplaced my information, causing further delays and frustration. The overall attitude of the staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I was truly disappointed with the level of service and would not recommend Walgreens pharmacy based on my experience.
If you’re looking for frustration come to this pharmacy.
I will be switching to Amazon for my pharmaceutical needs.

If I can give 0 stars I will. Employee there doesn’t know the products they have in store. And manager is another one that doesn’t know anything, online they said they had a product in stock and I called to ask if they can check and the manager told me he didn’t know that brand and they didn’t have without even checking their computer or going to the isle to find out. He said they only carry the brand gain. No other laundry detergent at all just gain. Yet I went into the store and checked they had ALLLLLLLLL types of brands even the one I was looking for which was seventh generation. The manager shouldn’t be a manager is he’s not willing to work. What kind of management is that? Horrible customer service.

Mr. Carlos, who was working at the pharmacy today at 9:00, is a very poorly educated person and does not have good customer service. I was first in line to get medicine for my mother. The man attended to me and He said that my medicine was not ready and that he had already made it for me. After serving several people, he asked me what I was waiting for? And I told him that the medicine he was giving me, he asked me again for the details, it already bothered me and I told him that I was the first person who was there. He laughed and told me to wait and after attending to everyone in the queue, he deigned to assist me, and left me last, 1 hour passed, he grabbed the medicine, gave it to me and kept laughing in my face saying that this is how they train them, I felt very badly treated by this man.

This pharmacy never has medications on time. The pharmacy clerks don't even pay attention to you and are very rude to customers. They don't know how to do their job. On many occasions they have wanted to charge me for medications with my insurance deductible already paid due to their ignorance. They don't seem to care at all because they leave the client at the window and disappear. It seems that they hide so as not to work. And this happens to me every two weeks. Well, I frequent it a lot. Yesterday I was in line and there were more than 10 customers waiting for the clerk to appear and we all agreed on the poor service we have historically received at this center, we even discussed switching to CVS. They should change all the pharmacy staff, they don't want to work.
