Wish I could give 0 stars. Every single time I have had to go to this Walgreens, I have been treated with an awful attitude. This older woman at the pharmacy I spoke to sighed and rolled her eyes at me when she realized I wasn't in the system followed by "imaginate esto ahora". Then she yelled "slow down" when I was giving her my phone number. I was told to wait 2 hrs for my medication (which was fine) and then to bring my insurance card once I came to pick it up. We called 3 hours later after not receiving a call and spoke to a really kind man who explained that they don't prepare the medication unless they have the insurance on file. Apparently this is a common occurance that he has to deal with every night since his coworkers will leave their work half done before changing shifts. He got everything done immediately and told us to pick up in 10 minutes. They need to promote this man and fire all these bitter, old ladies working at this pharmacy.

Been trying to call all day because THEY made a mistake. I've called four times and spent a combined 45min on hold (I give up after 15-20 min because they automatically put you on hold, they have no idea what you need before doing so).This problem happens all the time so I know it's easy to fix. If they'd just fix it on their end (they keep promising it won't happen again next month), I wouldn't have to call at all. But regardless of what you need, being put on hold for 20+ min till you give up 4 times in one day is just bad customer service.

The telephone is always broke, they never have your prescriptions ready. They don’t call you to let you know anything. To me it is worse than CVS on 14205 Sw 42nd st. I don’t know where else to go

Can I post a review without assigning a star?? Because this Walgreens deserves NEGATIVE stars. I cannot recommend highly enough that you take your business to a different store. There is one right around the corner at 14190 SW 26th St. It closes at midnight. If you need a 24-hour pharmacy, there is one at 11690 SW 72nd St. Trust me, it's worth the extra few minutes driving. The people at this Walgreens are the worst of the worst. Not only do they not give a single solitary fig about their customers, but they don't even have enough class to pretend that they do. Their pharmacy personnel are perfectly comfortable leaving you hanging on hold for over 10 minutes and then taking you off hold but setting the phone down, so you can hear them talking and laughing until your head blows up (because they were never going to take a call from a woman yelling through the speaker "I can hear you, so I know you can hear me!!"). You'll call and ask for the manager who will then hang up on you. You'll call back and explain to the clerk who answers the phone that you HAVE to do this transaction over the phone because the medication you need is not sold online and ***YOU HAVE FREAKING COVID,*** and if the manager hangs up on you again, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO GO THERE IN PERSON TO GET YOUR FREAKING MEDICATION, and they assign you to on-hold purgatory and never pick up the phone. And this is hardly an isolated incident. I'm done. 25+ years using this Walgreens because they were the closest and 24 hours, and it's probably going to be a nightmare transferring all of our prescriptions to a different Walgreens, but I'm done. I don't need this kind of trash in my life.

Few staff, they take time to serve customers and with 10/12 people in line waiting, there is one at the pickup window and only one serving the customers. The wait was horrible...

Horrible horrible Pharmacy!!! Called 10 times to discuss the $300 charge for a medication and they hung up all 10 times. They pick up and hang up. If this is the kind of service you are providing, I wonder how many people have gotten the wrong medication. Directors of Walgreens, you are dealing with peoples lives. You need to be more responsible with your patients. Either that or just close the business if you don't have enough staff members because that's always the excuse. I would give you a zero if I could. Horrible, horrible service!!!

Pharmacy staff don’t know anything about customer services. The pharmacy doctor and other employees sees me and don’t acknowledge me at all. After about 4 minutes she pick up the phone and ask me what do you want pick up?I reply yes, picking up. She answers: your medicine is not ready it was put back on the shelf. You can pick up later today or tomorrow. With an attitude.They need customers services training. If they don’t get customers they won’t have a job.

The other night I went to pick up my sons prescription. As I walked up to the pharmacy line, there was only one other person that was finishing up and left. So leaving me the only one in line. The girl behind the counter just began cleaning and picking up trash in the garbage cans. Not once looked in my direction nor assured me that someone will be helping me soon. She then proceeded to another room to grab her bag and left the store. What trouble would it have caused that girl to help the only other person in line? At that point it had be 15 minutes and I was visibly upset due to the fact I had the baby in the car with my husband. Long story short, another 7 minutes passed before the lady at the window helped me. And so I had to come back another day because of the insurance wanting more info. When I did return it was in the drive through. After giving the lady the info, she tells me that the medication had been picked up the night before and that she was going to check the cameras after I told her I had not picked it up. About 4 minutes later she came back to the window because she apparently found the medication. She didn’t explain why they thought someone picked it up already. The medication was put in a bag and they told me to have a nice day.I will be looking for another pharmacy. This location it convenient because of the 24hrs option. But bad customer service is not worth it.

The worst service in the whole world, my experience with this pharmacy is horrible. I always call before picking up my medications to see if they are ready and after confirmation once I get to the pharmacy they are never there, or the system is down or they don't see the doctor's order. It is disrespectful that they play with people's time and we also need medication for a health condition.

Rebeca Cid's customer service at the pharmacy has been exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and handles issues associated with insurance and prescription drugs very well.

I don't usually write reviews. But since I dealt with a store manager here. Or what I presume was because even the employee looked over in disgust.. I came to drop off a fed ex package...she gave me attitude, made me fill out forms I didn't need to because it was in a pre-paid envelope.. and then wouldn't accept my package at the end.. took my package to another Walgreens on coral way and was treated respectfully and they accepted my package without a problem.. I'll be going to CVS from here on out

This not my go-to Walgreens but I’m glad they are fairly close to home. ?The best thing about this store? They are open 24 hours, this is a lifesaver in the event of an emergency in the middle of the night! I think it is vital to have access to a 24 hour drugstore in our community.
