I hope you don't need a last minute emergency like aloe vera gel because of a sunburn or something because they close their doors 10 - 15 minutes before midnight. At 12:04 a.m. 3/31/25 I saw someone leave. When I walked in at 11:48 pm the IN door did not work. I had to go through the OUT door. This gives the message that they're closed and don't want anyone to come in. As I walked in I heard the asst manager and worker lady in the front talking to each other about closing the front. They obviously wanted me to hear it. I've never reported it before but things like this have happened before and walking in and being told by the same lady asst manager that they're closing in 10 - 15 minutes. What happened to customer service and acting like you're happy I'm there and buying things? The store always looks empty. I think they've scared away their customers because if that treatment happens to me, probably happens to everyone that goes in there everyday. The same lady assistant manager has had an attitude in the past and didn't try to help me when I came back with some items I had just purchased a few minutes before saying that I forgot to use a coupon and she insisted she would not be able to do it when it's been done before and other Walgreens. Makes me wonder if this is one of the stores that's going down since Walgreens seems to be in the news about closing some stores because this store has employees that don't exactly make you feel welcome.

Horrible so I work in the medical business plastic surgery the pharmacist that’s there right now March 6, at 2:48 in the afternoon said he cannot take the prescription that was signed by the doctor and everything was verified that he can’t take the prescription. He lied and said that the paper that the surgery center has a prescription more is fake that he will not be able to take it. He didn’t look at an issue code. He didn’t do anything. He said that it was fakehorrible customer service and I will be reaching out to corporate.

This experience went Quick and Easy. excellent service At this Labcorp location. Odalys Was very helpful with explaining how to use the check in machine and Jaylene did my bloodwork it was smooth and fast. Thank you

During my recent visit, I observed some areas where the customer service experience could be improved. Unfortunately, I did not receive a greeting from any staff members or an offer of assistance. The cashier seemed disengaged, leaning on the counter and not making eye contact, which left me feeling uncertain about the level of service.
Additionally, I noticed that customers that spoke English seemed to receive limited attention. It would be beneficial for staff to engage with all customers even the ones that don't speak Spanish. Enhancing these aspects of the customer experience could lead to a more welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. If they aren't able to do their jobs then they may need to work elsewhere.

Good luck getting anyone from the pharmacist on the phone. They pick up and place you on hold until you decide to hang up.

Went there earlier tonight while traveling I bout some personal items and the lady missed bagging 2. I was here with my partner buying travel toiletries for our stay. Along these items were condoms & shaving cream, baby wipes and shavers. I'm not sure if she did it on purpose but she missed our shaving cream and condoms. Which were btw, our two most expensive items and I guess you would sexual. Not sure is she was simply homophobic or wanted to keept it for herself. But this definitely enraged us when we unpacked our bags and its was almost closing time. Now we have the inconvenience of having to go back to claim our stuff. Will not be coming back there during our stay.

Aliancy was super helpful and kind!! I was looking for something specific that was difficult to find in store. She was very patient, courteous, and knowledgeable!! Kindness and customer service like hers is hard to find now a days!! Thank you Aliancy.

Called in as a provider to order a prescription for a patient. After being on hold for 30 min, PHARMACIST was extremely rude, said to me "couldn't you fax or send electronically or leave a voicemail?".I explained I don't want fax in office, and I didn't hear an option for voicemail and kept fighting me that there was a voicemail option, I just didn't listen carefully.It's sad these are the types of "professionals" we have to deal with, especially when trying to just call in a medication for a client.

Love this Walgreens! Always fully stocked and clean with a helpful staff. I just had the most pleasant shopping experience with Wendy today. She was very attentive and mindful of the inventory and promotions. She was spot on with her recommendations and made sure I saved while getting everything that I needed. 10/10 customer service! Very happy with my purchase and this location ?
