I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over 3 years, and today was the first time I experienced rude service. I urgently needed my medication, but the order was sent to the wrong location. Instead of helping me find a solution, the guy who was 'helping' me, named Chris, told me to wait an hour without offering any other options. Later, I found out my prescription was ready all along, thanks to the doctor overhearing the situation. Chris needs to work on his customer service and show more empathy, especially since I wasn’t asking for candy, I needed medication.

I have to recognize it's superior to CVS, all have a great handicap which is the lunch time closing time. 30 minutes it's an abuse to needy customers. A mistake of inconsiderate policy.

I went for a medication and there was only one representative at the register, okay it's a holiday, but the lady who was collecting was making a bill for the customer in front for a survey, I waited more than 15 minutes, and she kept trying to make the bill in I asked the client's phone number please since my daughter was in the car waiting for me and she told me that she was busy and that it was not personal. After 20 minutes and a line of 5 people, I left without buying anything, they would have to see what kind They put in charge of the cash register because this is not the first time,

Employees at this store are always late. Stores opens 2-5 minutes after 7am which is the hours listed for this store. Once inside, you have to wait to get service because they are not ready. I had to wait 10minutes to get help at a register.

Walgreens in 11190 SW has always been very good an efficient. Lately the medicines are not ready as they use to be. It used to be a very welcome place. Some staff has a different attitude even when I am waiting online.

More than 20 minutes waiting for somebody to take care of my prescription. Only 1 person to assist the costumers. The worst Walgreens I've ever been.

Walgreens on Camino ripped me off $10.00 cash. my transaction was voided and when I went to pay again , the $10 disappeared. I asked for the manager and he sat and argues with me and essentially said of was lying. he refused to do anything to help me and was extremely rude and condescending. I would highly suggest not shopping there. They test their customers like trash.

After walking through two walgrenss and being almost mistreated I arrived at this location where I took my time to thank the love and patience with which one of their employees named Cynthia Fernández treated me...she was kind and very patient and I ask Because I arrived with a very bad attitude and she managed to change my day... thank you thank you thank you
