The pharmacy service is horrible. It’s almost impossible to speak to anyone on the phone, they’ll put you on hold for up to half an hour and then hang up without ever speaking to anyone. Don’t expect them to even notify you of your prescription being ready. It sucks depending on this team for something as sensitive as your medication.

Oh my gosh, the service here is exceptional because I go to so many Walgreens all the time and I’ve never had service like this before with Shannon😏. You definitely have to come to this location. Thank you for helping me with my nurses week project for my mom. I really appreciate you.

Pharmacist Jose was very helpful, kind and understanding with me after I had a bad experience with the Walgreens in Cutler Bay. He took his time to find medication covered by my insurance and worked well with my doctor. It was filled immediately. This is service! Thanks Jose

The pharmacy is incredibly inefficient. They have no regard for customer safety they always ask the customer to verbally speak the address without regard for others in the area.

Takes hours sometimes 4 to 5 hrs to get a prescription if medications are on the pharmacy and days if needs to be requested from another location.

Very busy! Need more Pharmacists. Only one person to handle drive through ,and inside counter. They work very hard and they know me when I call. They deliver to my house if this is set up.

On February 25, 2023, at approximately 7:50 p.m., I visited the Walgreen's drive-through pharmacy window located at 16795 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33157 to pick up my elderly mother's medications. Unfortunately, the pharmacy technician with a name VENUS written on her shirt informed me that the medications were not in the system and refused to verify them. This was despite the fact that another afro-american lady also a pharmacy technician had previously assured me that the medications would be ready by 7:30 p.m.
I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, but VENUS informed me that none were working. I then observed the pharmacist, who was nearby, and requested to speak with her. However, she declined to engage in conversation and stated that she was leaving. She did not care about my mom's health and well-being when I told VENUS that my 88 years old mom was in the car because I couldn't leave her alone in the car and she was to take that medication in the morning, a very medically necessary treatment but again she did not care. I wasted time, and fuel in my car to get my medication and encounter that monster called Venus who her main goal was to go home even thought it was not 8PM when the window is supposed to close. VENUS is the worst employee I have engage at any Walgreen's.
I am concerned about the lack of customer service, dedication, empathy and professionalism displayed by the pharmacy technician VENUS and the pharmacist. I would appreciate an investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Horrible place to goMy child at I’m was suffering from a small case of pneumonia and upper respiratory infection and the staff was very nonchalant about filling it didn’t want to call the insurance and clear the cost and also told me they did not take my child’s insurances when infant didMy cold thought all that started losing oxygen and her lips was turning blue when all of this could of been avoidedThe worst place EVERCVS would NEVER‼️

Terrible, Amanda said 30 minutes for a rx, I waited over 20 minutes while she walked back and forth doing nothing. When I was coughing terribly another physician popped his head out and asked my name to start my rx. She had never even passed my information back to get it started. Then the 2 in the back just stayed chatting and not finishing the rx. Another customer walked up for eye drops and they told her 30 minutes also. No customer service or sense of urgency. Never again
