This place takes forever. Lines are always long even if you go early. If you have an appointment for a vaccine or something it take at least 30-45 minutes past your app time. They do the job, but don't be in a hurry. They always seem understaffed for the large customer volume.

This place has the worst drive through service!! They take forever with each car, I had to wait one time for about 25 minutes just to pick up one medication and I couldn’t reverse because I had other cars behind me?

Best Walgreens in town. Everyone is helpful and kind. When I have an emergency they are there to rescue me.

This is the second year in a row that THIS particular Walgreens photo center has affected my Father's day.Last year, I ordered simple prints and they were HOURS later than anticipated. This year, I ordered puzzles, which could never be completed.In an attempt to avoid the issue I had in the previous year, I ordered with three days of anticipation. I was told the technician doesn't work weekends and my order wouldn't be ready three days later.Additionally I was charged for a photo cube and magnets which were terrible quality. I will not be using this photo center in the future due to repeated incidents with the photo center being unable to fulfill the promises they make online. Stating something will be ready in less than 24 hours and then taking 2 weeks to cancel an order is poor customer service.

Absolutely the number one worst pharmacy in Miami! You get text messages from the system that says your prescription is ready. You wait on a long long long line because that’s the way it is always here. Then they say sorry sir your prescription isn’t ready. Next stop CVS, I’ve wasted too much time here.In fairness, the general store stuff works just fine. Pharmacy awful!

Leave on hold on the phone for forever. They tell you one moment. As if you have time to sit on the phone. It take them 1 minute to answer the phone and address your question. They NEED to be trained in how to properly answer phones. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Went to get the Covid vaccine at first they didn’t want to take me because “the girl had to take her lunch and they wouldn’t do no more vaccinations this on day” ,Then I proceeded to tell them that I had an appointment my appt was at 4:45pm after I spent 10 minutes in line… mind you she wasn’t taking care of Anybody , she starts putting excuses so she wouldn’t do the vaccination… I left the place because they truly didn’t want to work pharmacy staff??

The worst experience I ever have at any location is at this location. The employees are always rude and it takes forever to check out even if there are very few people in line. The pharmacy takes hours, even just to answer the telephone. And forever to get my prescription or even ask a question. And no one speaks English. Cashiers do not even acknowledge the customer when they walk in. The employee that rang me up today spent 15 minutes with a customer ahead of me, talking to him and joking with him and laughing with him, and the second cashier had taken three customers in that much time, when I finally got to this lady, she did not acknowledge me. She looked at me up and down, she didn’t greet me. She didn’t smile, nothing-she rang me up and she handed me the receipt and I said thank you to her and she did not even respond to me or make any effort to acknowledge my thanks. I hate coming to this location. It is the nearest one to me, however, so I will continue to give you bad reviews on Google and give you bad surveys until you finally decide to correct and take action against the terrible staff at this location.

The absolute worst. I will never have another prescription sent here. The lady had me come inside to be attended and as I do and make the line when it's my turn they allow two other people in front of me that had walked away and came back. Only to wait some more as I finally get to the desk. This is by far the worst I've ever been attended here.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COViD TEST !!!!Total incompetence…long confusing app to be filled out on-line that you only have so long to fill out….when I arrived for the appt (drive-thru only) I waited at the window for 1/2 hour while they input the same info all over again…Pissed off people in line behind me were screaming at me….this was 9-29-22 at 4:30….results for the Rapid NAAT Covid test was to be e-mailed in 2-4 hrs…I never received the results so I called this morning when they opened and was kept holding for 25 minutes just to be given verbal results….if I hadn’t called I would have gotten NO results….I don’t appreciate my insurance being charged for this level of incompetence nor do I have faith in their results……I went elsewhere this morning for a second test. DO Not waste your time and energy going here….and avoid the aggravation !!!

Yesterday I stopped at Walgreens to get my husband a rapid Covid test. Sign says... No Appointment Needed. Get your test at the drive thru. So, I sit in the drive thru for over an hour just to be told I have to go online and select a time for the next day and make the appointment. Ok, I made the appointment for 9:30am this morning. After waiting in the drive thru for one and a half hours my husband was told the system is down come back in an hour. Walgreens sent us a message two hours later so we went back... And waited in the drive thru for three hours. Finally, received the test and was told it would be two hours for the results. Four hours later I'm on hold for 47 minutes just to be told it will be another two and a half hours for the results... sorry!Why go there you ask? My husband has cancer and needs lab work for a blood transfusion. It's not a planned thing.... He needs to be cleared for Covid since he was exposed. He missed getting to labs today!!! Some things ARE life or death!WALGREENS... Do what you say you're going to do, OR tell everyone the truth about your staffing and organizational shortfalls, and let us decide if we want to put our trust in your company or not!

Good Walgreens right near by and staff is friendly and never had an issue coming here. Clean and organized and right on 186th street down south.
