Worst Walgreens ever, they charged me the wrong price but would not give me a refund.I speak OK Spanish, but no one speaks any english. awful customer service. Walgreens should be embarrassed by this store

I'm writing this on behalf of my husband. On the evening of April 9 at around 9:05 PM, he went to the Walgreens ATM and needed to use the restroom. He was polite to the two women working there, but they responded rudely and threatened to call the police for no reason. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and feels discriminatory. They did not create a welcoming environment at all. I believe the store should provide training on how to treat all customers with respect, regardless of their appearance or background. I'm really upset about this experience.

I was really upset when I went to this Walgreens. The sign said you get free cough drops if you buy 2 things from the display. But when I checked out, the worker said it only works for DayQuil. The sign doesn’t say that anywhere! I told her, but she still made me pay full price. They should fix the sign so it’s not confusing. This was really frustrating.

I’ve had terrible experiences with this Walgreens location. First, I’ve purchased gift cards here that were clearly scratched off by scammers, and the store staff couldn’t do anything about it. They told me I had to take it up with the gift card companies, which led to months of frustrating back-and-forth before I got my money back. I’ve told them that this has happened multiple times, and they blatantly don’t care. It’s ridiculous that this issue is allowed to happen without any real solution offered.
On top of that, the customer service is consistently awful. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I once placed a delivery order through Walgreens, but when I called the store to check on it, I was hung up on twice. When I stopped by the store in person, they told me their location doesn’t handle deliveries, even though I had proof of the order and a Walgreens representative confirmed that all their stores are supposed to do deliveries. They still refused to give me my order.
It’s a total mess, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you can.

Incorrect schedule. They say it closes at 12am. I went 11:30 and it was closed. Please update the schedule well! It's a pharmacy!!

Going here feels like going to a 3rd world country pharmacy, I’m in-line to pick up my medicine that I need after waiting for 6 Cars in front of me at my turn the girl at the window put up a sign out to lunch till 2:00 pm living me stranded and the pharmacy closed, I go inside and the manger tell me that’s how it’s noting I can do.. seriously ? Walgreens can’t afford to pay some one to attend the window all time during pharmacy hrs ??
Wa multibillion dollar company can do that … really

No Passport Photos - No English. There’s a big sign on the photo department advertising passports photos. You must press the counter bottom for the store speaker system in order to get help. The only lady attending the front register spoke no English. She said, their photo system was not working with an attitude.

Asked if I could pay at photo counter.... Lady said no very clear.... Then she blatantly opened a box and called people ahead of me. Horrible service.

Front cashiers should know that customers needs such as getting products from the isle should be performed when shopping and not when the only cashier has to be held up with a line while the condoms get taken down from the shelf. Both managers Ed and Eric stand there like you're wall paper, non existent

Waited a month for a prescription to be filled, called to make sure it was ready, came in following week, and the told me they have no record of it. Horrible Customer service.

The manager is tremendously rude, it occurred to me to ask her something, she twisted my eyes and with a finger told me that I couldn't stop myself, it seems that the moment I asked her for help she wasn't doing anything to make her treat me like that.

Con razón las 2 estrellas que tiene este lugar un servicio pésimo de parte de los dos supervisores del día 30 de noviembre del 2022 en el horario de las 9:00 am ninguno sabía trabajar co westerunion vine aquí con mi mujer embarazada debajo del agua y a recoger un dinero y no pudimos porque ellos no sabían cómo trabajar con el sistema y no me quisieron atender
