No Passport Photos - No English. There’s a big sign on the photo department advertising passports photos. You must press the counter bottom for the store speaker system in order to get help. The only lady attending the front register spoke no English. She said, their photo system was not working with an attitude.

Asked if I could pay at photo counter.... Lady said no very clear.... Then she blatantly opened a box and called people ahead of me. Horrible service.

Front cashiers should know that customers needs such as getting products from the isle should be performed when shopping and not when the only cashier has to be held up with a line while the condoms get taken down from the shelf. Both managers Ed and Eric stand there like you're wall paper, non existent

I went to the store because the page showed that the product was available, when I got there I couldn't find it, I asked for help and they told me "the beauty one" must already be back from lunch, then I ask again and he tells me that there isn't one, I ask him if he can look for me to see what store there is and with his face he tells me everything. I mean, it didn't help me.

Worst Pharmacy service I have ever experienced!!! I went to pick up an order, the nice lady at the counter, that was a trainee, asked this other very rude lady in the pharmacy who seemed to be annoyed by the fact that she was sorting some medicine at the shelves inside and was interrupted to help a customer, she responded with an attitude: "if you don't have a prescription we cannot help you", I explained that it was for an Rx that was transferred from CVS, and she said "if you didn't initiate a transfer it is not here yet" I once again explained that I had already completed the transfer a couple of hours ago, and selected to pick up at 4pm (it was 4:15pm) then she said that a new profile at Walgreens needed to be created so she instructed the lady at the counter to do so, a lot of info was inquired from me while they created the new profile, I waited hopeful that after that I will get the medication, once finished ( 30+ mins) they told me I had to go home and come back when I received an email that the transfer was completed because she was unable to find it. Even though the site stated that my order was ready to pick up at 4 pm and I arrived there at 4:15pm. I asked if they could call the pharmacy from where the order was coming from, or if I could call myself, and she said with a very bleak attitude: " that's a process that WE need to complete, we will call and then send you an email when it is ready".Wasted almost 1hr from my time to end up leaving this Walgreens store empty-handed ?

Dispensed a drug to me by accident and not authorized by my doctor. Then told me to "just keep it" when I returned it. I asked for a refund or credit on the drug I actually needed and they said no. Blamed me for not checking the sealed bag at pickup. Now, is it legal to hand out the wrong drug and not take it back for disposal? Is it my job to do the final quality control on their work - work they are getting paid to do? Two pharmacists stood stone cold while they made the administrative lady blame me for their mistakes. Laws and laws of morality were broken here Walgreens.

Parking is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help you locate products in the store. This store has a wide variety of products and is always clean. Prices are comparable to other retailers in the area.

Waited a month for a prescription to be filled, called to make sure it was ready, came in following week, and the told me they have no record of it. Horrible Customer service.

On today's date, April 9, between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m., I waited in line for 20 minutes, the cashier tells us that we can go to the box in the photo section, I was third in line, I It occurred to me to go to the checkout in the photo department and there the same manager on duty tells me that she is going to close the checkout and that she can't help me, I only had one item, very bad customer service.

Worst service at the pharmacy, I just wasted an entire hour of my busy Sunday, trying to get a flu vaccine. Waited very patiently to be seen 50 minutes after my appointment time, even though I showed up in time, and 2 other people were taken before me, even though they came after me, then for her to tell me that, “because I filled out my forms online “ she couldn’t give me a proof of the vaccine with lot number and expiration date and I’ll have to come back next day for that information.

What's the point of having a pharmacy drive thru if your attendant is going to be on the phone making the one person that is in the drive they wait?! Could they at least acknowledge that I'm there and say - hi! I'll be with you in 5 Minutes. Zero customer service skills. Guess I'll have to change my pharmacy now.

I recommend finding a new pharmacy.Pharmacy provider does not want to do his job and file claims with your insurance carrier. Also instructs employees to tell you that your insurance rejected the coverage, extremely unprofessional.
