Prices posted in store differ from the actual price you have to pay. Today, I went to pay for something and the lady said that the price is different than the one posted. I showed her evidence that it's posted differently from what the computer was stating and she simply said that it happens because they don't have enough workers to fix the prices in store. She didn't offer to match the price listed or even apologized for not having the correct price. Instead, after helping me, she told her colleague that she's going to get coffee.
I find it odd that according to her they don't have enough workers because my daughter went to ask if they are hiring and they told her no.

I want to share the amazing experience with the pharmacist today. Her name is Lisette . She was really nice. I have been looking for one of my husbands eye drops and she explained that we already had them. I looked before in our house and didn’t find them. She suggested me to look for them on the refrigerator… Thanks God were there . People like her make our life easier. Thank you Lissette for all your help!!!!!

This pharmacy is anyone's nightmare. In addition to being rude, they are racist towards Hispanics. The manager is the first one who, when she hears you speak Spanish, curses you to your face. She is a lady who is obviously very frustrated with her profession and she is stuck with those of us who unfortunately made a mistake by going to this pharmacy. She has countless negative comments and no one does anything. This message is not for her, it is for the owner of these pharmacies. You get to Publix and everything is different. I'll stick with the Publix pharmacy because it's not necessary to go to this place to see frustrated faces.

My prescription was sent at 5:23pm and 3 hours later I'm told it won't be ready until the next day after 2pm. TERRIBLE PHARMACY

This is the worst Walgreens that I've ever done business with in all the years I've used their prescription services.I definitely suggest that if you don't want to ruin your positive feelings about life and people, you should probably just not go here.Just speaking with pharmacy staff makes my insides fill up with enormous amounts of pain, and I require an antacid to help relieve the discomfort.I can normally find something positive about anything or anyone but not in this case.

I was on hold for almost an hour on the phone and they took my call and ignored me and put me on hold again until they hung up on me. They have very bad service. If they can't serve the customer, they should remove the phone number.

Please keep on hiring more associates like Emily!!! She was so helpful today, she helped me with the app, gave a quick class in how to apply the coupons now that they are in the app. Which is a big inconvenience to my generation ??I asked her a million questions and bothered her over and over and she never lost her cool!!! Great job young lady! You deserve a raise!!!
