The lead Pharmacist and her staff are extraordinary. Seriously! Today it seems everyone is bothered to help even when helping is their job. The Pharmacy always provide the time required to ask questions and answer questions. They are never rushed and truly professional. Of it stems from the top and the Lead Pharmacist is the very definition. She is knowledgeable and has the bed side manner of a family practitioner with decades of experience. You want old school Pharmacy? Then this Walgreens on Kendall Dr and 167 Ave is it!!

I contacted the Walgreens pharmacy asking about prescription that was out of stock at my usual pharmacy.Unfortunately, this Walgreens did not have my prescription either, but Stephanie in the pharmacy was able to help me out!Stephanie was very patient, responsive, and accommodating. She went out of her way to help me get my prescription so I wouldn’t have to continue calling every pharmacy in Miami, even when every other pharmacy simply told me “good luck.”I highly recommend coming to this Walgreens pharmacy.

Went to Walgreens on 13680 SW 88th Street Miami FL 33186 store number 10356 Went in around 11:44pm in 10/25/2023 I went to reload money on my card I handed the cashier a $100.00 bill it was one of the older bills I got from the bank.. the cashier crumpled the money up and then called someone else to come verify the bill he took the money put it to light looking for the face of or strip he said he wont accept the money I asked why he did not give me a answer he just stated he wont take the chance I asked are you trying to say I gave you a fake hundred dollar bill he looked at me said yes.. so I handed him another $100.00 bill which is a newer one I said no problem I believe because the bill is so old it wont have those security features like the new bills and the cashier said yes we not taking it cause if it’s fake we are responsible to pay it back I asked sir do you want to check the other hundred bill he said no and walked away I felt embarrassed as there was a line and I was be accused of handing a fake $100.00 bill to the worker I believe they have markers to check the bills as well that wasn’t even a option or done but employees need to be trained better cause why would I purposely use a fake money.

Infuriated with the pharmacy need medication for my toodler who is very sick was told medication is not ready several times and to call back, mind you I started calling in the afternoon. Kept calling back like instructed until the last time I called they said they were closed, extremely unprofessional especially when dealing with peoples medication it’s unacceptable and would never recommend them even to my enemies negative 100 starts if I could
