The pharmcy employees are all awesome and including store staff as well. Please don't change the employees there. They all should get a raise in there pay checks. Excellent and outstanding service at the store. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for all was helping me out and my family. God bless you all.

This Walgreens location has a very unprofessional Pharmacist on duty today, May 15th, 2025. My mother and I visited earlier today around 6pm or so and the Pharmacist on duty seemed very annoyed about our question when we returned with a generic medication, and instead wanting the brand medication. She proceeded to read on the computer screen that generic was an option but not for my mother. That's suggested by insurances. My mother's doctor always includes for this particular medication to be brand. The Pharmacist instead of patiently listening and explaining professionally how they receive the prescription, she told us agitated, that it was a preferred option to be generic. She then pointed to her screen again, annoyed. She was so rude and unprofessional. I will surely try to pick up my mother's prescription when other, more professional Pharmacists, are available or go drive thru. Maybe even change to another Walgreens.

I can't give them a 0 because the option doesn't exist. Everyone at the pharmacy, including the pharmacist, is disrespectful with their gestures and responses as if one were bothering them. We have been going to this Walgreens since 2015 and I think today is the last time. Yesterday I went to the CVS on Bird and 147th Avenue and today to the CVS on 88th and 157th Avenue. At the 2 CVS they were respectful, considerate, without grimaces and even the pharmacist came out to explain a new medication to me if I asked for it.
Thank you CVS for being professionals.

This place pharmacy department is the worst in the entire Miami Dade County. My 3 year old baby have an ear infection and the doctor sent the prescription to this place. When I passed by to pick it up they told me that they don’t get the government insurance (Molina Medicaid) and I went to Publix pharmacy to request the prescription transfer. After an hour waiting at Publix I called Walgreens and I asked the lady employee to please sent it asap because my baby have a fever due to the infection and she with a rude attitude told me that they went to lunch and that she was going to sent it now. 4 hours later and I’m still waiting for said transfer. Publix pharmacy representative had called twice to request the transfer and nothing.
I’m calling corporate to make an official complaint because this place sucks

Rodolfo the pharmacy technician went above and beyond to make sure I received my prescription on the same day. Very rarely do you see people who care about their job or go the extra mile for someone, and Rodolfo did.

The lady at the cash register today at 2:20 pm today was so rude. I was in line to buy some chips and pay with my Apple pay thinking my card was connected and as I was about to pay i realized it wasnt. I then told the lady that i was gonna be back to pay for it and she grabbed the chips and rolled her eyes at me. I then left because i was so angry and ended up not getting anything. So disrespectful.

I needed a medication and I was told by one of the pharmacy associates, in a rude way, that I could not purchase it on that day. The system was indicating I needed to wait another 24 hours to purchase them. I have no problem with that. What I do have a problem with, is the rudeness and obnoxious attitude the associate displayed towards me when indicating to me that the medication was not yet available. I'm noticing a trend that Walgreens seems to be hiring pharmacy associates that display little to no customer service skills.

Typical Walgreens, but it usually has a line in the pharmacy. There is also a drive-through, which I believe doesn't help as it's time-consuming...

Terrible service in this place, I went to pay for a shipment through Western Union that I did from my application and the clerk who was there did not know how to do it, she looked for the person in charge and even worse, demanding that the payment had to be in cash, I kindly indicated to her. It could be with debit since debit cards are cash but in their complete ignorance I could not complete the shipment due to the inability of the staff of this Walgreen, I call on the management of these places to better train their employees and above all to its managers to provide its clients with a service up to the mark.

There is a lady at the register that thinks it's OK to always be rude. It's been a few years and she is very rude all the time. When I've asked for help, she even goes off in Spanish cursing and assumes I don't understand. Why have someone like this with the public when others really want and need the job.Pharmacy staff is pretty rude as well. I get upset mostly when you are standing there waiting for help and they ignore you. Please update your customer service training. Thanks.
