This is THE MOST incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with!! No one wants to do their job and they don’t care if you live or die! CVS would NEVER!! I had to switch my pharmacy because of an insurance change! I’ve been 4 DAYS now without my heart medication and NO ONE seems to care but yet they’re pharmacists and should know how important it is for people to have prescribed medication!!! I would give the 0 stars if that was an option!! I’ll be switching to a more competent pharmacy tomorrow. These people suck and don’t care!!!

When you call the pharmacy they pick up and immediately put you on hold without saying a word. You can be on hold for more than 10 minutes. But once you get someone on the line, they're very helpful.

All services in this pharmacy are terrible. Absolutely terrible and EXTREMELY SLOW. If you need to pick up a prescription, prepare to loose 1 hr of your day. Only one person in the register with long lines and they take forever to assist you. Absolutely the worst. You should go to the CVS across the street

this place is not only the worst but the most laziest pharmacy I called at 4:30 pm was put on hold until I hanged up at 7:04 pm nobody got back on the line, I was quiet in my room no distraction, dispicable ! all i needed was my birth control shots smdh!

This Place has the worse service and people working at the pharmacy, I've called and been placed on hold more then 10times since 2pm till 6pm and no one answered the phone when I went in person no one paid attention or asked if I needed help. Just had a heart attack and needed my meds which my doctor sent to them over 3times and they told me I needed to wait 2-3days to get them which I can't wait that amount of days due to the procedure done to my heart. I dont know how these people get jobs in these field if they can't even talk properly and work how they suppose to. But quick to charge you a arm and leg for the service.
For those 4-5star they lying 🤥 and work or know someone who works at this location. If I could give them a negative star I would.. this is the reason people act out of character because of location/service like this.

1 star is being generous. I wish I could give them -16 instead. They never answer the phone, they’re ghetto and customer service is terrible. Miami Gardens needs to shut this Walgreens down.

I'm currently in line at the pharmacy to pick up antibiotics. Been in the line for 30 minutes now. This is unacceptable.

This is the worst Walgreens yet! I have been calling all day regarding the status of my medication because the website “can’t find my info”. So I call the store to speak with someone and they hung up on me 3 times. Last time I send a prescription here

I have been on hold for over an hour. This is the worst Walgreens in Miami. If I go in the store it's an hour wait to speak with some.

Lousy service don't bother trying same day pictures they will be ready 4 days later. On top of that when you get them your waiting 45 for help in getting them. Pharmacy dept even worse .
