Today at 7:21 PM How it is possible that the manager (Tania) was not able to take a passport picture because she was so busy due to she is going to have a visit tomorrow! My question is: where is the costumer service! I’m really disappointed with her argue! I hope make the corrections regarding above explained.

Worst Service I've ever received in ANY location, the lines are bad enough, yet, the "Shift Lead" Emilie decided to STOP the flow of the line, talk down to the employee with passive aggressiveness, have him move registers, so she can get money from the register, no care for ANY of the customers in line, which by now there was about 10 waiting, then to return an item took about 20min, on top if it all, she spoke to me in that passive aggressive tone, guess her title has gone to her head. She is NOT an adequate employee to be working there at all. Corporate will hear about this as well. CVS will be my go to pharmacy moving forward!

Rebecca said she was not the manager and could not help me because my Online order was having a issue. She told me to wait 2 days until there was a manager there Then when I ask someone else for help they said she can't help me so I feel like she just didn't want to. That is not the customer service this company should strive for

Pharmacy is almost never open. Missing medications and incompetent staff. The times advertised are incorrect as they close by 6 IF they're even open to begin with.

I believe I've being a patient since they opened 1985. If I'm not mistaken.I know 4 @ least the past 16 years, back then José & Now Jobi have being EXCELLENT CONSISTENT while ABOVE & BEYOND, handling all patient's needs, with accurate & genuine care. I'm very fortunate & thankful just the same.Thank you so much! 4 alwaysBeing 100% there.Jobi, U rock! Marilyn so do U!& all staff just the same.Only hiccups whenever there's a floater, OMG!! BUT OTHERWISEFast, & ON POINT.

There was a long line of more than 15 customers and poor Carlos was the only one at the register . He seemed to keep it together and was very patient with the customers comments about the wait. The young woman manager on duty on the other hand seemed very stress. The times she passed by she didn't even acknowledge some of the customers that were talking to her. The least she could of done was be a team player and hop on a register and help the poor guy with the constant 15 people line. Unfortunately i did not get the managers name, because she was not even wearing name tag. But if anyone cares to research her name to improve customer service it was on April 8th at 8pm. Also when i got home I was telling my husband why i took such a long time and he said that few nights ago he experienced the same long lines and had to leave and not buy anything .

I usually don’t write reviews but this was the worst experience at Walgreens pharmacy, I usually pick My medicines at the Flagler plaza location even that I leave 4 minutes from this location , but I always hear bad thing about this Walgreens, but I try to gave them a chance because this was closer but I will never comeback really bad cx service and bad service
