In my opinion, I think that sometimes they give a lot of pick-up time to medications that we know just have to be put into the system and put in the bag to be delivered, how is it possible that I go for a Miralax that does not have any measurements or preparation and they tell me that in 3 hours to pick up, I think there are medications that should not be delivered like that with such a delay. Thank you

Ran into some complications getting my daughter’s prescription filled at another local Walmart pharmacy. Called this location and the pharmacist Jeffrey answered and was able to fill my daughter’s script for me. When it was time for me to pick up the medication, the gps said that I would arrive at the store 9 minutes after closing time. I called to see it was possible that they would wait for me because I drove over an hour to this location and lo and behold Jeffrey picked up again. Jeffrey waited for me to arrive and I was able to get my daughter’s medication. This was truly a remarkable experience and is an example of top notch customer service. Thank you so much Jeffrey for all your help!

Wow! Unlike Walgreens at 186 and South Dixie, this Walmart pharmacy at 211 & South Dixie answers their phone very promptly. Never used them before but GoodRx showed a major cost savings compared to everywhere else. When I would call my Walgreens, I am waiting on a near-eternal hold but at this Walmart they answer fast and are very service focused. Thank you Walmart Pharmacy in Cutler Bay!!!

The latino pharmacy technician was rude and disrespectful! The customer service she provided was absolutely terrible. Her greeting was nonexistent! There were no smile and appreciation! Please note, that without customers Walmart like any other company would go out of business. Customers are doing Walmart a huge favor by choosing to do business with Walmart. The very rude pharmacy technician needs to really understand this very important principle of business. She needs better training and a greater understanding of how valuable customers are to Walmart. I'm not happy with the customer care / service provided by the pharmacy technician 👎👎👎😣😣

This Wal-Mart doesn't have a garden center, auto service dept. And the worst customer service of any Wal-Mart ice been to. Apparently they have theft problems too. The closest walmart is in homestead over 20 miles away...too bad.

So for over a week I have been tryin to get Diabetic supplies for my Godson through his insurance. (His mom and little sister live with me and their aunt). I have experience dealing with insurance coverage and so began the arduous task of calling the pediatrician to call in RX, the insurance to approve, and the pharmacy (CVS Old Cutler Rd)to receive and fill.....several times I called all parties to coordinate and CVS kept telling me the insurance doesn't cover supplies requested ( not their fault), but still didn't follow up or offer further assistance. Once I confirmed covered supplies I called Walgreens Old Cutler Rd they simply stated we don't have it, no further assistance. The same for Publix pharmacy on 184 St US 1. I finally called Walmart Pharmacy on 211 St and spoke to Roland. He took the task on of calling Doctor's office, confirming insurance coverage, researching covered supplies and ordering all of them. Even after encountering some hiccups with the CVS confusion, the Walmart Pharmacy team clarified and executed flawlessly. Roland, Jessica, Yadira, the whole pharmacy team was incredibly kind, polite and the epitome of professional. Roland, a special thanks to you for your excellence and personal attention concerning my Godson's wellbeing. I honor your time and efforts on his behalf. You have shown yourself to be an exceptional employee and person. Thank you, Walmart pharmacy team from my family to yours.
