The optical SUCKS! Don’t go there, they couldn’t give me the measurements for some dental loupes that I need ASAP, they didn’t even care to help me. I called before to make sure that they could help me and the person said to come before 7:30pm.Really BAD costumer service and the people who I spoke with were rude

5 star service, angelic support. Went above and beyond to create a solution, and had no idea he was actually doing anything. SO GRATEFUL THANK YOU DAVID!

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with this optic because the doctor who attended me, insisted that I should keep some glasses that did not look at others, they sold me glasses that supposedly do not scratch the glass and false they were scratched in Mississippi my husband visited Walmart optician and all well here fatal .. here I do not return.(Original)Lamentablemente, no quede satisfecha con esta optica pues la doctora que me atendió, me insistió que devia quedarme con unos lentes que no miraba a demas me vendieron unos lentes que supuestamente no se arañan el cristal y falso se arañaron en Mississippi mi esposo visito walmart óptica y todo bien aca fatal ..aqui no vuelvo.

They perform all the necessary testing so it makes you feel very comfortable they are experienced and doing the right thing. My only issue was payment at the end of my visit but it wasn't even their fault it is because of my cheap insurance. I had to literally pay a co-pay, then pay for the glasses and the lenses as well. First time I had to pay for lenses (the actual prescription) I thought that was part of the examination but all in all I would definitely return like I stated it is not their fault as they are very attentive, helpful and patient.

Optometry is chock full of cheap hucksters and snake oil salesmen but these people take the cake. I forgot my contact lenses at home before leaving on a cruise the following day. Due to the fact that my annual prescription had expired I had to have an exam. My prescription was raised by -.50 to give me 15/20 vision when I insisted I would rather stick with my original correction. I was kept waiting an hour just to see the "doctor." The exam took an hour as the optometrist tried to sell me some new hard lenses that one wears at nice to reshape the cornea. I declined and was moved to the sales department to get my lenses. I was kept waiting another hour while the sales staff tried to get a new RX filled so I could leave the store with a different brand of daily lenses. After an hour of waiting on the doctor I just got up and left.
