Wow this place is horrible, the customer service is auwful. They closed one of the main doors at 9pm forcing everybody thru one door, making all people to walk the whole place no matter were they paid, when you complaint a male

Yesterday, March 9, 2025, around 6:10 pm, I was using the fitting rooms to try on some scrubs and while I was doing it, the employee who was in charge at that time, without knocking or asking, opened the door wide and left it that way while I was on my back and in my underwear. Luckily, I realized it right away, but I got so angry that I yelled at her that I had to knock or ask first and the only answer she gave me was "I didn't know there was "Someone" my anger was so much that I yelled at her again that she had not been taught to knock on the door. What a lack of respect, give the employees training on ethics and customer service, even a small child knows that he cannot open the door without knocking.

Awful experience buying a freezer online for delivery to our Miami apartment. They dropped the freezer at the door when we were away and it was completely damaged. The only return options are for me to haul this freezer myself back to walmart to get a refund! what a load of crap. Never again
