Today, I had an unfortunate experience in the customer service department. I was attended to by a woman named Aldara, whose attitude was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I understand that we can all have difficult days, but I believe that kindness and respect are essential in customer service. I hope they can address this situation to prevent other customers from going through a similar experience.

I recently made a purchase to pick up in the store and the truth is I'm quite confused because it was the first time I bought that way. However, I was lucky enough to ask one of the associates, named EDUARDO, who I saw delivering to other vehicles and he turned out to be a very young boy but super attentive, polite and with an incredible willingness to help. Both my husband and I left extremely pleased and grateful for the excellent care we received from him.

Very good service from the lady at the Lisbet Bakery, she made our cake the way we wanted it, our wedding turned out excellent with that spectacular cake, she helped us a lot, she guided us and guided us, the best without a doubt, they should have more people like her, she is the best at her job, I give her 1000 points for everything. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
