I ordered the service for the first time. It was scheduled to be picked up before 12pm. They did not arrive before 12pm. When I wrote for the status they said it will be at 2pm and I said ok. Since they did not arrive at 2pm as promised I canceled my order. There response was that they can't control traffic. My response was that they could I least let me know so I didn't hace to wait.

Half of the time it works ok. The other half is a totally frustrating company … they don’t deliver on time … don’t communicate (Aaron says he cares, but I doubt he does) … don’t follow what you ask in the order. In summary: VERY mixed results.

Can’t get in contact via phone and their auto messaging bot says they will call me but it never happens. Just can’t get in contact with a real human so can’t even use the service. Would rate less than 1 star.

Extremely professional staff & excellent service. You won't regret using this service. I recently used this service to clean my elderly mother's clothes and I had no complaints. The service was extremely timely. Thank you WASFO you made a difficult task a breeze for me. I'm so happy this business exist.

Excellent service, the owners are super professional and will response promptly. I used the service while my washer and dryer were getting fix. It was super easy to arrange the pick up in the app, they left the bags to place the items to be washed, picked them up and returned them promptly. I loved that I could choose what type of detergent I want my clothes to be washed with, I am very allergic so that was a big plus for me.

I could not be happier with WASFO!! They take excellent care of my clothes, and their service is stellar (which is a rarity in South Miami!). I have been a customer for about a year now. Absolutely recommend.

I called Wasfo laundry with an emergency to pick up like 30-40 bags of laundryThey came within the time frame that they schedule, next day, separated all items as per my request, and always polite, well manner,Delivers the cloths 2 days after at the time of my request, the cloth came clean, folds, organized by categoriesTheir prices are compatibleI will definitely call them again

Great laundry service, Aaron was very nice & great about communicating any issues or delays and would always arrive at the time he specified. They would even bring back the items the same day they would take them on a few occasions which was a very pleasant surprise
