They informed me about a fantastic promotion where you could buy two watches at a great price. I found a watch I absolutely loved, but to take advantage of the promotion, I needed to pick out a second watch. Unfortunately, the second watch I wanted was out of stock.
This is where Cesar truly went above and beyond. He took the initiative to locate and contact a nearby location that had stock to ensure both watches would be available for me. I also took it to another reputable watch repair place in Coral Gables only to be told that they were unable to fix it because they could not find the parts.
