I am very dissatisfied with the phone repair service I received at "We Fix It Phone Repair". Here are my reasons:
1. The repair took much longer than initially promised, and the promised delivery date was not met despite me paying for the service upfront.
2. My phone was poorly handled during the repair, causing significant cosmetic damage in multiple areas. When I raised this concern, I was given a poor explanation and offered only a $10 discount, which I believe is insufficient compensation for the damage.
3. My phone no longer receives cell reception, which I only realized immediately after inserting my SIM card once I returned. I strongly suspect that one of the physical damages caused the antenna to malfunction.
Only good thing I can say about this place is the people were nice to me. But I don't think I can recommend their service.

Bad service and the employee's didn't ask us anything we wanted to do with our phone, and they didn't let my grandson use the bathroom. Incredible

My niece dropped her i Phone and cracked the screen. We fix it phone repair had her new screen installed in 30 minutes. Excellent service.

Broke my iPhone and it was still on below the black screen but still beeping when I receive texts ..I made it worse trying a hard reset ..it was probably stuck in recovery mode and bece not responsive at all. I had no backup as it was the first iPhone I bought in 2018.. had lots of important documents on it ..tried repair shops in Texas and Florida and nobody did anything other than replace the screen and it still didn’t work ..only Daniel said buy another identical phone and we’ll put your motherboard in the chassis and solve the problem.I came back more than a month later after finding an identical phone (regardless of GBstorage) and they did just that..with his colleague Juan. I had watched YouTube videos about the operation and it’s like a surgery ..requires delicacy and skill and I knew they were confident doing it, which is why I never gave up and went back.I retrieved super important docs and chats that I needed for work and personal reasons.These guys are the best, make sure to take their number !You can tell they were pleased it worked, almost as much as I was, and it was just 30 bucks !Thank you ?
