Customer service at the company within Miami-Dade and Broward County is horrible. The company has recently switched over to a new system (Zoey) that sounds unpleasant and creepy I went to the bank and the line was nearly out of the door and the manager acted as if it was normal. She kept bellowing out it’s change you all need to get use to change. I deposited money on my Credit card and still do not see the money reflecting on my account I attempted to call card holder security and after I gave them all of my information they advised they couldn’t help me due to I don’t know the three digits on the back of the card. I asked to speak to a manager and got Tamara. Who got on the phone and asked the same questions the representative was asking. I inquired if they shared information and she kept trying to verify information that I didn’t have. Unhelpful and when I called the system back it kept hanging up on me saying the number was wrong

I have a 13 month CD and a checking account with WeFlorida. I have tried twice to talk to someone on the phone, first time I gave up after 40 mins on hold, second time I was on hold 50 mins and then was disconnected because it was outside business hours. How can they operate a financial service firm with that level of customer service? I will go to a branch tomorrow and close my accounts.

I have been coming to this local from 1988 when it was peoples credit union and now it’s we Florida financial when you walk into a nice clean place and good personality I am glad to be a member

I love Marjorie and she is so helpful!!! I went into the office two Saturdays in a row to get help with the online banking. She offered her personal hotspot because mine was not working. The most aggravating thing is that “we Florida financial” does not offer its customers or even employees with internet access. This is really annoying because we all have little time in our lives and on a Saturday I went to the office and could not get online because mine nor Marjorie’s hot spot was working. This is definitely a deal breaker for me an institution that holds all my money and doesn’t offer me wifi? Seriously?

Absolutely loved it here. The service was impeccable. I came here to open a account again. The manager Mrs.Marjorie was lovely & very communicative. She helped me with my service. Customer service was excellent.

It was a pleasure doing business with we financial this morning Myrlene was the most patient lady I have meet in that bank in a while very pleasant and beautiful attitude and has informed me of a way to save which I will go back to see her if more people had her attitude this place would be much more pleasant

I went to we florida financial @ the north miami location last week & met with a manager by the name of Marjorie I never seen her before @ this location from my understanding she's a new manager here I had a few questions because I wanted information about a car loan & she took her time to make sure that I understood everything that she was explaining to me because I never had a loan before she made me feel comfortable and told me not to worry if I had anymore questions feel free to come back & asks for her she was greatly appreciated you don't find to many people who has a lot of patience these days when i am ready to apply for the car loan i will most definitely go back & see Marjorie I left with a smile on my face because she was very helpful

Dieumarra was exceptional and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently and in a calmly manner. I expressed to her my frustrations I experienced over the phone and how they blocked my account after asking me several questions of which I answered correctly.She understood and showed she wanted to help and of course with precaution and asked me for proper ID etc. She quickly and calmly explained to me what could have happened. I showed her that I am extremely transparent and honest!Every time I come to the branch I’m received welcomely and kindly professionally.Thank you so much ?

Stopped by the North Miami location to get help for my mom and this beautiful lady name Marjorie Joseph, she was helpful and polite. Our service was great, she cares for her clients
