I went to this agency to deposit money in cash and the girl who attended me at the window not only did not make the deposit but also made a withdrawal from my account that I did not authorize or require, I left without realizing it. When I returned the next day, the manager did not give importance to my case and he told me to call to file a claim. they robbed me in my face and no one could help me. Worst bank experience I've ever had.

Absolutely horrible customer service as they kicked my husband out of the bank mid-deposit because they are “closing” even though he arrived 20 minutes prior to the closing hour. No other bank location has ever treated us with such disrespect, as most understand that due clients’ working hours and scheduling limitations, arriving at 4:45 may be the only option. Never doing business at this location again.

This location is really amazing! And since I am in Miami, that is a big deal considering customer service is not a priority in Miami. I have only been here two times, and it is by far my favorite Wells Fargo location to date. I walk in and receive an immediate greeting from a banker standing waiting to assist you in any way. The two times I have been here, have both been on Saturday, and both times there were no lines. I was able to swiftly take care of my transaction and carry on with my business. Plus, the tellers are friendly, speedy, and on the ball with whatever I need. For all those reasons, this yelper is giving this location 5 stars. Note: There is plenty of parking as this location is in a shopping center. Thank you. I will be back!

Have been to this branch many times, and I always ask for Shano Zedler, reason being, he is always professional, posses great customer service and resolves any issue I've had, always with a smile

Went here after my horrific service at the Dixie location. What a world of difference! Julian assisted me & was extremely pleasant & efficient. I wished I had gone to this location first. Everyone I interacted with there was pleasant. Will definitely return to this location in the future unless I change banks. I'm still on the fence since Dixie's location left a bitter taste.
