This is a great bank. I've been a loyal customer for years. The bankers are knowledgeable and friendly. Many are bilingual.

The lines are always long and they usually just have a couple of tellers helping out. Many times the employees that sit in desks are just sitting there while the lines get longer. I don’t find the staff to be courteous. They look miserable when they’re not giggling or gossiping. Their hours are also not competitive. The close earlier than all the other banks in the area. Even in a Saturday they close at 12. So Olán accordingly and also study your other options nearby. There’s a Citibank across the street. Parking is free in the lot.

The manager at this bank could care less about its customers need. Anything more complicated than a simple deposit or transfer at this branch is out of the question. Terrible branch! Go else where for your issues. They WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE

Worst customer service ever! Line to the door, people waiting outside to come in and they only have 2 tellers on a Friday. Common sense people, pay day for many. Hire more staff if short handed

Been here many times. Atm machines outside by Publix are convenient. Bank inside is a pain the wait is long. I used to have a safe here years ago but canceled I always had to wait for everything

ATT: Pedro EidDear wells fargo. I have been a loyal customer of your bank for the past 3 years, I have time and again received great service at your bank which is one of the main reasons I bank here. But to my surprise, on the date of the 3rd, October , 2020, I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your branch on 1752 Biscayne BlvdMiami, FL 33132United States.On the said date, I made a stop at this branch to open a business account with credit card for my new Business. After a good 30minutes wait, despite the appointment i had, the rep (PEDRO Eid) greeted me, after we took seat he asked my mother if i was part of the business which i im its my business, but i wanted the account to be on her name with business, long story short this gentleman started treating me like a complete ghost like I wasn't-seating in front of him trying to bring my business to your bank. Instead, he talked to me very rudely, and told me that if I did not like the rules, I could take my business elsewhere.I was appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere as suggested. That same day CHASE a couple of blocks away welcome my business and meet all my expectations. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon.Thank you for your co-operation.

It's okay- everyone else with something negative to say about this branch can go elsewhere and leave the branch to my use. I've been banking w WF way before the branch was established and it was until they opened that enabled true enjoyment of banking. They know my name and greet me every single walk in ever done. Alway have more than one person trying to help If ever there is a question or have problems. Can't complain when you're in and out in less than 7 minutes. And if you need to sit with one of the bankers- well, schedule an appointment online and guess what?! They'll tend to you on time. The key to enjoying any service is to learn how they work and then flow w them. The staff is definitely younger then other branches but doesn't take away from their ability to resolve issues and tend professionally. I love them and would never switch over to any other bank.

Excelente banco. Excelente atencion por parte de un ejecutivo llamado Luis creo que es de Nicaragua. De verdad busca la solucion al problema que puedas tener y resuelve. Muy buen trato para con sus clientes. Llegaron clientes preguntando por el mientras nos atendia a nosotros y prefirieron esperarlo. Saludos desde Venezuela muy agradecidos
