I recently went with my son to open his first checking account. We had an appointment and did not have to wait. I really appreciate that Grace (personal banker) took her time to thoroughly explain everything to my son including bank fees and what to watch out for to prevent fraud. I feel good about our decision to open his account at Wells Fargo on Bird Road.

This is probably the worse branch in Miami. Everytime I come in I get a least one employee that gives attitude and simply do not try to adjust and help their long waits. Having visible employees just sitting there doing nothing while their waiting room is packed. 2 windows open and 2 personal bankers "available" on a Saturday.. just not good business

I've been a customer at Wells Fargo however never had an experience as bad as the one I had at this location. I was being assisted by a tan male people greeted who worked there. Not only was he clearly focused on my girlfriend, in addition this man made it his clear goal to make my stay unsatisfactory. To receive a simple cashiers check, I waited an hour and a half and walked out empty handed. In addition this store claimed I was a fraudulent user on my account when no one else has authorization for my account. For those who need help with credentials and confidential banking, this location has proved to be unprofessional. I will never do business with this location ever!

Today was the second consecutive day my business partner and I go to this branch to waste our time. We have been Wells Fargo customers for 12 years and after all this time who would have thought that opening a business account would be such a challenge. The person "assisting" us clearly has never opened a business account because he would not accept the document we presented saying they were not "original." However, after contacting the agency who helped incorporate our company, our agent informed us that one of the options for sending the official certificate for a company is through FAX, and that she, in her 25 years of experience, has never heard of a bank declining that document. Besides all that, both times that we attempted to make appointments online, their system "failed," with agents who were clearly available to help us, telling us there was a glitch and the person who was supposed to attend us was out. We will be finding another more competent back to help us.

I agree , I go to the wells fargo on sunset . The employees there are awesome , Helpful Friendly . They help you with anything you need Manager goes out of her way to help everyone. The bank on bird road it's a horrible No one does what they are told to do ... checks go in to any account they can find Not to the one checks says on the pay to the order.!!!

Worst branch. Incredibly disorganized. I had scheduled an appointment with a financial advisor weeks before 4/15 to open a Roth IRA. On the day if my appointment, no one has any record or memory of my appointment. I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This bank is horrible, or at least the drive up part. They only have ONE atm and its drive up which means there is always a line. The worst is after work hours, if you can find another bank location to use you're better off.
