Bad experience, the banker who helped me and my husband treated us very badly and everything was no, however I went to another bank and we were able to do what she said no and that it took 3 days when to open an account I didn't have to wait . Very bad service from that worker.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It amazes me that in a place where everyone should be treated equally and with respect, which is basic human decency, this bank seems to be lacking. My family members who immigrated recently to this country had appointments to open new bank accounts at this Wells Fargo location where they were not only racially profiled but were told that they had to bring extra paperwork because “they come from a country of criminals,” and to put the cherry on top, they had to wait an hour to see a banker even though they had appointments, and they got told they couldn’t see them because they had a client, which will take them the remainder of their day.

I was at this Wells Fargo office today and had a wonderful experience. especially with Miss Miriam Salazar. She was very kind to me, she guided me in creating my business account in a super gentle way. I felt very comfortable and was able to clarify all my doubts. Excellent client service. I felt very pleased. My next visit to Wells Fargo will definitely be to this branch, and definitely with Miriam.

Even though I had an appointment and bank was empty it took me 1.5 hours to open a simple savings account (the system didn't allow me to do it online). My last name had changed since I had opened my checking account and I was suppose to bring official records of name change. Thankfully I had it on my phone but otherwise I would have had to go home to get it because no one one had told me I was supposed to bring name change papers to open a new account.

After being kicked out of the Perrine branch after waiting half an hour to be helped, I came to this branch where I was greeted and helped in less than 10 minutes by a woman named Miriam/Melissa I can’t remember the name. She was very attentive and had great customer service. Left happy after being disappointed in the Perrine branch.

This branch looks like closing their doors. One cashier and two account managers to assist a long line of customers. It is unacceptable how they treat their customers. Appointments just for the next four or five days. They don't care with us. They have to understand that they are not making any favor for us.

The Wells Fargo ATM/ drive- thru is very convenient. It’s saved me time from having to go in to the bank and wait in a long line. It’s located in a parking lot close to the actual bank itself

Good location, but terribly outdated. The location is very convenient but the amenities are below average compared to nearby options. One ATM is located in the darkest part of the property and is boxed in with a railing. The building itself has a layout similar to grandmas house. To show how outdated this building is; if you visit it, ask about the basement. Yes... basement. Anyhow, why is any of this important? If the location isnt willing to spend money on the building; what does it say about its willingness to spend on its employees, benefits, our security, etc?As for staff, tellers are average to below average. Management, loan officers, and safety deposit attendants are very helpful.In summary; this place has potential to service existing customers. But without investment attention, customer service will likely start to deteriorate and it will continue to keep mew customers away.

I'm usually very happy with my service at Wells Fargo but today I was really disappointed. I came in and put my name on the list like everyone else and because I'm a young girl I guess the manager thought she could put me off to the side and help people that came in after me all because all I needed was a simple debit card replacement. So I had to wait double the time all because my issue was simpler than someone else's and when I was done I noticed people that came in after me were still being helped so I think it would've been more efficient to get the small issue out the way first and considering I WAS THEIR FIRST. Then the manager had the nerve to try to ask me to promote something for the bank lol... worst service I've had in a really long time so bad that I had to write a yelp review.
