I have my discover cards account on automatic payment with Wells Fargo WF bill pay service. I saw a $50.00 charge on my statement. I called Discover “the first time” ! Was told they hadn’t been paid. I called WF was told it’s Discovers fault they never bill WF!
I called Discover “the third time” they said “nice try WF “ you obviously were billed Because you paid the correct amount 0nly 5 days later than the due date. Also if Discover hadn’t billed WF how would WF know how much to pay, when they got around to paying.
I called WF “a second time” and explained what Discover had said. At first there was silence, then they said i needed to file a complaint which I did. takes took 10 days to get a reply. I waited the 10 days and called them back A third time - My claim was denied. I called a fourth time and received the follow explanation. They told me the late charge was my fault because I only set up the account with a two grace period. I explained that WF offer a two days grace period because that’s is the time period had committed to when I signed up. Ive had the account for more than 30 years. You can’t blame me for their reduction in service. Again silence! “ then she said “I don't know what to tell you” . You can always file a request for review but I’m sure nothing will come of it . I have no doubt but i file it anyway. Then I wrote this review. Got immediate reply, even if it was just to inform to me it would take an additional 7 days to hear back.
How the mighty have fallen!
WellsFargo use to handle these type of situations immediately. They would take control of the situation and there would not be any of this back and forth for the customer.
In a few days the money would simply show up back in your account.
Apparently WF now believes its in their best interest to teach their customers a lesson. don't use competing credit card companies because WF will leave you out in the cold, wasting your time going back an forth between the companies 40 minutes at a time. Wow!

This bank customer service is the worst. If you have a credit card with this bank get rid of it ASAP. they will not protect you in a case of fraud.this bank should be shut down never to be reopen again. Stay away.

Every time I’ve visited, the wait times have been short and the staff has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The ATM is always working. The location is great and feels safe. One of my favorite Wells Fargo locations.

This was the most disappointing and poorest customer service ever! I made an appointment, arrived promptly, no one answered the lobby door, told to go through the drive through and then told again to go to the door. Finally someone came to the door and told me that my appointment needed to be cancelled because I was late. Then I was told that my bank rep was busy-but I had an hour appointment-not sure what they were busy with when I was there when I was supposed to be there.

This small bank location is inside the same building as the Conrad. I used the atm many times. Only issue is there is no parking besides street parking or valet

I went in to get a cashier's check and had AMAZING service from the teller, Lisbeth, and one of the managers, Luis. I had a minor issue in with my account and they resolved it very quickly and went out of their way to ensure I could get the check right away. Very happy with this service.
