Extremely incompetent staff. I had a problem with Zelle that wasn’t even my fault and they haven’t been able to solve my problem yet. They don’t even know what to say. They keep misleading you and blaming other institutions when the solution is in their hands. Bankers here really need a better training. It has been so frustrating to deal with them! A total disappointment! I am changing banks immediately!

Branch with a bureaucratic attitude. If you try to open a business checking account (not a loan!), they will ask for a mountain of paperwork that doesn't matter. Go to the Truist bank in wynwood instead. They wont do that

I Went To The Location On 17th Street An Biscayne On A Saturday Before Closing Trying To Cash A Check The Teller Told Me That I Had To Deposit It An It Was Weird Because I Told Her I Didnt Have A Bank Account An Before Passing It Back To Me She Put A Little White Script On The Back Of The Check. I Tried Going To A Check Cashing Store To Cash The Check An They Wouldn’t Cash The Check Enter An I Want To Know Why.

I had an appointment at 4 pm got to the branch at 3:45 pm nobody was there to check me in. I checked in myself told the banker i had an appointment at 4 pm they said ok we will take care of you. I left that branch at 4:30 pm and nobody took care of me. I am taking my money and leaving to another bank

I try to return a 100$ bill with more than 85% and they didn’t receive it because Talía the manager here say she can’t show ne in what part of the policy of the Beach said that.

This is a great bank. I've been a loyal customer for years. The bankers are knowledgeable and friendly. Many are bilingual.

This bank only gets worse. They closed all downtown branches on Saturdays, now the nearby banks are so crowded. The Middle and lower class is forced to waste more time of our weekends while these bankers only get richer at our expense !

Had a check from WF that I needed to cash and put into my WF account. The manager advised that she would not accept the check because the maker of the check wrote my name in black ink and signed the check with blue ink...but I that I was welcome to deposit through the ATM or mobile deposit. Does that even make any sense whatsoever? Called customer service and they advised that they had never heard of that!Meanwhile, WF illegally and fraudulently opened thousands of accounts for unsuspecting customers...but they will not accept a check with different colored ink! Absolute clowns.

They take so long ! Literally after standing in a long line for 30 minutes. I make it to a banker for her to take 1hour on a withdrawal. Little something they do every day . It was nothing with me . All them . Them after a 1 hour and 30minute here for a 4 figure withdrawal he call back taking about updating more information like sirrrrrr pleaseeeee & it was a signature
