I should have trusted the reviews when they say worst customer service possible. I spent an hour and thirty given the run around about a withdrawal I was making which came after waiting they weren’t transparent about anything…The teller and her supervisor both told me different things… I call customer service and they themselves said I shouldn’t have gone through the trouble I did with this branch. I’m calling to make a complaint mainly on the gentlemen for being so demeaning instead of helpful.

Come here if you love wasting your time. 3 teller windows and only 2 of them are working. Lines are massive and move slowly.

more than 10 workers and only 2 were working the others were sitting at their podiums chatting with each other or talking on the phone. A total lack of respect. I was waiting for more than an hour to be attended to and all the workers were doing absolutely nothing. People arrived and left after 20 minutes due to the lack of respect in this place. I don't give them 0 stars because they don't allow me to.

The teller camila Hernandez couldn’t even help with my situation with account I’m a victim of a scam and the manager very rude wish I knew her name she is accusing me of doing the fraud checks she didn’t even want to look of the proof of documents I have very unprofessional they said I have to pay the funds because i made the checks this manager needs to be fired the scammers lied to me and told me their company was real they made those transactions I been with Wells Fargo’s seens 2016 never had a problem with them seens this incident I should of recorded her ass when she was accusing me of the transactions this teller camila Hernandez can’t even speak English that good she was telling my mom something else that didn’t concern the account and she said she got her confuse with another client treat your customers good instead of accusing the because how you have proof ?

Saturday, August 17, I went to the Wells Fargo branch located at 622 SW 27th Avenue, Camila Hernandez helped me, she told me to wait, a long time passed without an answer to my question.
He referred me to Juan Carlos, who never attended to me, he seemed like a rude person. In the end Camila helped me and she asked Juan Carlos if he could reactivate my bank card which had been cancelled, due to an employee's mistake, he said: that can't be done and it's time to close.
I believe the bank's clients deserve better treatment since said company depends on the use of its clients' money.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for several years and have greatly valued the relationship I have had with your institution. Over time, I have used several of their financial services, always trusting the reputation and support they offer their clients.
However, I find it necessary to inform you of a situation that has been of great concern to me. Amid the current economic difficulties, I have been struggling to keep up with my financial obligations. On two separate occasions in recent years, I have requested a reduction in the interest rate on my credit, trusting that your bank would offer me some assistance, especially given the length of time I have been a customer and my history with you.
Unfortunately, on both occasions, I have not been offered any solution to reduce the interest rate. While I have heard that other banks are providing support to their long-time customers in similar circumstances, I have been deeply disappointed that, despite my loyalty and history with Wells Fargo, it has not been considered an option to help me stay up to date with my payments without negatively affecting my credit.
I understand that there are policies and procedures in place, but I was hoping that in exceptional situations like the current one, there would be greater flexibility and consideration for clients like me who want to continue meeting their financial commitments but need a little extra support.
I want to reiterate my desire to continue my relationship with Wells Fargo and keep my credit in good standing. I hope we can find a solution that is mutually beneficial and allows me to keep my accounts current without having to close my accounts with you. When you fall from grace, they don't help you at all, that serves as a great lesson to me and as soon as I can pay my credit I will cancel and if I can't, the last option they give me is a payment plan and close the account that I didn't want to close.

Worst bank in the USA my mom was withdrawing money from the ATM the ATM didn’t give the money and they deducted the money from her account. She went inside. She talked to the bank manager. They open a claim and it Wasn’t just her three other people also so the issue was with the ATM. They didn’t give her a temporary credit or nothing. Then she called customer service and they were telling her that they Couldn’t do anything so my mom told them I need to pay some bills what am I supposed to do? The agent had the audacity to tell her to tell a family member to lend her the money. What type of customer service and bank is this? Wells Fargo is a piece of trash.

No one be at the drive up window.. you be there waiting for a good 10/15 minutes.. you press the call button and nothing as well. Lines are always long inside for one person to be at the teller window. RIDICULOUS!!

This person is the most horrible and arrogant, he should not work instead of customer service, he is not at all willing to help anything since I sat down with a horrible attitude, no greeting, and when I asked him for help with the management perform everything unwell, shouting and in a bad manner. Please avoid coming to this branch, it's a shame that a bank like this has such garbage human quality staff.
