Since Mr. Tall American stopped being there, that bank is impossible, today I had a terrible experience, everything now is for appoiment, what I was going to do didn't take 10 minutes.I went to another bank and it was in and out.They don't want to work.

This branch is terrible!!! They generally only have two open cash registers and the lines are endless...and if you complain they look at you with a dirty face...there is no manager to answer for that, they send you to go to the cashier when the cashier is not always there. It is the solution...I do not recommend this branch at all...Remember that there are plenty of banks to leave Wells Fargo

My experience was horrible, I had an appointment and I was delayed due to work issues, I explained and they told me that I should make another appointment at the end of the month, when for the procedure I was going to do, there were no people waiting, too much intolerance, the customer service should be excellent, ?, more tolerance... and thus we will live in a better ? world

Terrible service, I took a relative to open his account for the first time, the treatment was rude on the part of the 2 officials who assisted him, to the point that he does not want to know anything about this bank. What a shame this branch has changed for the worse. I will not recommend to anyone again.

If I can give this bank zero stars I would. Everyone that works here is incompetent and doesn’t feel like working. I came to this very bank a couple of years ago to open a couple of accounts and the lady that attended us opened all the wrong accounts and it wasn’t until a month later that I noticed the wrongdoings. Recently I came back to this same bank for other services and the lady in front didn’t want to provide me with the help I needed instead she told me to call Wells Fargo and do it over the phone because everyone was occupied at that moment. I told her I was willing to wait and she said no that they wouldn’t attend me and that I have to do the job myself.

Always some issue with this bank, if its not you waiting 3 hours to see a teller, its an issue with drive through banking. I would give it 0 stars if possible

Fraud detection is too sensitive. I am blocked from accessing my money regularly including for example just now buying a desk at Home Depot. The bank didn't build any way to adjust the system, it's an AI black box, so I guess a robot decides when I have the ability to transact in the world now. Thank you WF. Thank you SkyNet.

More than an hour standing in the Drive thru waiting to be served, two very long lines and only one staff attending. You guys really need to change that. Every time I come here it's the same

Worse bank ever walked in today to close an account at 930am it is now 1130 and still waiting .only two reps at the desk area one I guess in training has asked the other employees a question every two minutes. Never coming back to this branch nor Wells Fargo . Being the first of the month they should be well staffed. Never going back especially this location.
