Called 4 times to see if notary was available. They never answered the phone once. Show up and no notary on staff. You can do better Wells Fargo.

Terrible customer service, the employees at this location need better training to work with the public, I went to try to open an account for my daughter and the bank employee told me that they couldn't serve her that they were already going to close I think At least they should have a little more empathy with customers and also agree to give the right solution to the customer, terrible bank

terribly trained. I made an appointment to open an account using a power of attorney. first I'm told by the banker (who is beyond unprofessional in her appearance wearing Skin tight jeans and shirt) that they cannot open accounts using a power of attorney. this is different than what I was told by a banker at another location over the phone. she is adamant that I am wrong but finally agrees to send the document to her legal department for review. I get a call today asking if my documents were double sided. I say yes and she tells me I have to make ANOTHER appointment to come back in so they can rescan the documents and resend to legal. This lack of professionalism and training are unacceptable considering this is a regulated financial institution.

The manager of this establishment seems to have zero empathy, I don't know if she knows the meaning of that word, she treats clients very badly, I don't know how a person like that can be the manager of a bank and deals with clients on a daily basis, I had a bad experience, I recommend visiting another Well Fargo bank, not this one

My husband and I had an appointment scheduled with a banker this week. What a blessing we met with Alexander. He calmed our fears, he corrected problems with our accounts, he shared knowledge and insight, he was professional, he was kind. He IS the model employee for any employer. We pray that WF knows the blessing they have for this branch and the face of the company.
We also interacted with other branch employees, and all of them were friendly and thorough. If Miami was our homebase, we would travel out of our way to conduct business at this branch.

I go without making an appointment at 1:45, there is 1 executive serving the public and just 2 people before me (1 with an appointment and the other without an appointment) and at once the executive says that she will only serve those people... they are supposed to finish From working at 5pm, how is it possible that they don't want to serve more people? The level of laziness seems unusual to me.

The bank was getting worse every day, I went to open a new account and with the bank literally empty they said they had no space and it was only by appointment.
