Terribly planned location. Only one ATM available outside and it is a drive through that is commonly out of order. Parking is a nightmare if you actually manage to make it to the bank while they are still open. Service is subpar.

Speaking to the manager Alehand or Alexandria Bautista was a completely unempatic situation. The night before the machine was broken she said it was out of cash when the next day you can clearly see it is a problem. The conversation is listening to deny help instead of assistance to resolve and help a customer. Now I will be charged a fee tomorrow when I put the money to cover my check! The ATM machine was not working inside either. I called my bank and it said it is a chip error the bank ATM is not reading it. Then they would not take a simple check deposit $30 Canadian! This is why I keep all my money elsewhere! It took 40 mins for a deposit!
