Terrible bank. Make everything hard. I'm trying to sign my name, on to the safety deposit account with my wife, which she has already. Bank is empty, fewcworkers, and they couldn't do it. Had to make an appointment. Not open on saturdays, open late and close early.NOT what thet used to be..likely will look for a local bank.
Recently I closed my credit card with them because I could not make multiple payments throughout the month. Although I can on my amex.

Very attentive and courteous staff. They were diligent in processing my banking needs and the customer service was excellent. These are some of the many reasons why I have been a loyal WF customer for over 35 years!

Excellent service at WF Bank. Fridays are usually busier than other days. Closed on Saturday and Sunday and holidays.

Every time I’m going in this bank, they couldn’t find a solution to my problem.
I am a customer in six years. I have my personal and business account and saving a account there.
Everything you need it’s always the same answer. Call the customer service.
But they are very good taking fee for everything…

Wednesday, walking into a bank at 345pm, one teller attending one customer for 15 minutes, finally it's my turn, a withdrawal from my checking account, simple right? Think again.
Erika Udolkin, teller was not trained on customer service, she was not professional or knowledgeable, she asked me to enter my debit card and pin to verify my identity, texted me a code to my phone number on file, asked me to fill out a withdrawal form, which had my account number, name, signature, and address.
Another gentleman stepped in and asked me for a State issued ID, he stated she entered the wrong code in the system and because of her mistake I now have to provide a state Issued ID, which I provided; I am now in front of that window for 15 minutes, still don't have my money and now the operations manager Rainol Artigas joins to ask me for another ID like my passport, I don't walk around with my passport!! I hand him my Drivers license (another state issued ID) he states we have to start the transaction from scratch, I breath and start again, I enter my debit card and my pin, he sends me a text with a code again, he claims the signature on the withdrawal form doesn't match my account, at this point he has seen 2 stated IDs, my debit card, verified my pin and the code to my phone! He asks me for my social security number, my occupation, I am now standing 20 minutes at the window, the line with about 5 customers and no end to this madness in sight. I ask to please get the bank manager to which he lies and states he is the manager, I am beyond upset, I tell him my occupation is irrelevant I need my money I have beyond verified my identity, as a 20 year loyal customer I don't know how my signature looked 20 years ago. After almost 45 minutes I finally receive my funds. I took the time to file a complaint and asked to have the branch manager contact me.
This is not how we conduct business, this is not how you treat a 20 year loyal customer and I am currently looking to take my banking elsewhere. This morning Branch manager Maria did call me and apologized, she assured me she would address her team and while I felt her apology to be sincere, I am not ok with Rainol Artigas lying, impersonating the branch manager and treating me in the manner he did for wanting to simply withdraw funds from my account.

Do yourself a favor and do not bank with Wells Fargo. They do not help their customers, and their business practices are very sketchy. Chase is a much better option!

The manager is very rude, she talks to clients without eye contact, I don't recommend it at all.

I am proudly closing my joint account at this branch today. I could not agree more with the prior reviewers. The IGNORANCE, INEPTITUDE and INCOMPETENCE here is absolutely indescribable! It must be experienced to be believed. The staff here is so obviously incapable of the simplest of simple banking tasks that it's beyond words. By the way, DO NOT not even think of asking for management intercession because their ARROGANCE, INDIFFERENCE and APATHY will overshadow everything else by then. Good luck here ! Do yourself a favor and Google just how may federal and civil compliance cases have been brought against Wells Fargo over the last few years. And, if that doesn't convince you to go elsewhere, stop in at this branch. You've been warned !

They are not customer friendly and we are still waiting for camera views of an account dispute for my 80+ mother who lost her card. Dispute was opened on 1/5/24 and because they confirmed the card was used with her pin they automatically closed the case. Why can't I see the camera views? Their response was do you have a police report? I do now and I am just waiting but it is causing a lot of stress to my mother. They feel like they are doing me a favor when I call to get answers and want to protect my mother's account. If only they were proactive when her account was compromised and withdrawing money on a daily basis to the maximum amount she could withdraw. In addition, they did more activity in 3 days than she has not done in a year. Where is your fraud department? Did anyone see this activity as suspicious? No one. Do not bank here!

Very bad service. Very bad attention. The new woman at the register had no idea and had no support from her colleagues. They left her alone. Only 1 register and many people waiting I asked them to open a second register and they did nothing about it, we were ignored by the people complaining about the delay in the end “A disaster” this branch!!

Go there to dispute an account fee, which was charged as a clear mistake. Talk to a representative there, who reviews everything and says yes it was a mistake, we will reverse the fee. Tells me I should upgrade my account to avoid anything like this happening again. I say sure let’s do it and upgrade the account as I do not want to have to drive down here again to come in person again. I wait for 10-15 minutes while he’s doing whatever he’s doing on his computer. Says all set and ready to go, the fee should reverse and the account was upgraded. 2 days later I get a call from the same exact guy at the bank that the fee won’t actually be reversed, ok fine I said but we upgraded the account so the fee now doesn’t apply anymore. The same guy I worked with at the bank and sat there for 15 minutes while he “upgraded my account” insists that I didn’t want to upgrade my account while I was at the branch. Now in what world could there have been any miscommunication when I clearly said to him I definitely want to upgrade the account now as I do not want to come in to this branch again to deal with this. Also if he never upgraded my account, what was he doing on the computer while I waited for 15 minutes? The entire situation just seemed so over the top ridiculous I was quite literally speechless on the phone. How could you have someone so wildly incompetent anywhere near the money of other people. Definitely do not recommend stepping foot anywhere near this branch, definitely moving banks after this…
