This branch is really horrible. I whet to this branch to apply for a credit card. Wells Fargo keeps sending e-mail and letters telling me that i'm pre-qualify, on 03/11/2025 at around 10:30am I stopped by the bank so someone could assist me with the application. The bank was empty. there were several banker seating using there cellphone. I asked the cashier what I need help with and she when to the back to have someone help me. I sat down and waited. Someone came out and asked how I could be helped. I explained that I wanted to apply for a credit card. He said do you have an appointment. I said no. He tells me that they are very busy and no one could help me.... There were no customers in the back... he said well if some with an appointment comes in... we need to help them... But you could always go to another branch....OMG I've been a customer from this bank since I was 17 years old, and I'm now 63. and you give me that horrific answer... wow.... something is not right.... were has customer service gone to...... I hope someone reads this and give me a number to call... I would really like to talk to someone in the executive offices.....

I went to this Wells Fargo and they were training a young lady that young lady did not tell me if I had a bank account there nor if there was any fee to be deducted out of my check and deducted 30$ Ms wendelyn padron branch manager wrote all over my check made me endorse my check again told me to go to another bank or check cashing I told her no I signed them Infront of you there not going to cash it nowhere ...she continued to tell me the same thing over and over ...very rude and nasty ...protocol is to ask customer if there banking with us and to let them know there is a fee .then continued to put white out on all my checks...she ripped my check and I'm going to leave a review everyday until I get my 30 $ reimbursted

Excellent Service from the representative Darianna De León Brito in the years that I have been at Wells Fargo I have not seen a representative as attentive as this lady, thank you for your services I wish they had more representatives like it is in other branches thank you

I found this location dirty and understaffed. Wait time at the drive up teller was so long, I parked and came in. The lobby only had 2 customers and there were only 2 cars at the drive up teller so I'm not sure why I had to wait so long for an acknowledgment. The teller who did help me was unprofessional. She wasn't rude but was very casual, seemed bored and was not very friendly. There were no deposit slips out either so I couldn't prepare my transaction while I waited.

Every time I come here there's too many at the desk and one person at the window helping this is unacceptable but I guess since this isn't Coral Gables this is how we get treated in our neighborhood and who's ever the Supervisor or in charge scheduling tellers need to be fired.

This is the worst bank ever! I came to open a business account and have been turned away 3 times because I didn't print out my sunbiz documents which are accessible from online. First time I walked in an unknown employee gave me a verbal appointment which noone knew about. Then the number they gave me on the card did not answer or return my call & lied to my face about it. I go in today with all the documents and again I'm refused service and told to change my address. I'm not coming back here! Wells Fargo this was strike 3.

Absolutely disgraceful, I guess the people that live here do not deserve a decent bank for themselves. At what would be rush hour to anybody at 12:00 in the afternoon the bank had only one tell her working and six people having coffee having breaks walking around the branch as if it's tea time yet everybody has to wait patiently to be seen. Absolutely disgraceful, if this bank was in Brickell or in what people would deem a better part of town, I absolutely know for a fact that the customers would be treated with more dignity and actually have people there servicing them at such an important time of a day. When complaining all they did was look the other way not even a dignified response.
