Very poor service - similar to the DMV. No one needs to wait in line for 30 minutes for a 2 minute bank service. The line is never longer than 5-6 people, but oh, you will wait. Consider yourself lucky if there are more than 2 (of the 8) tellers open when you visit. I have to come here once every month and it is always the same, no matter the day of the week.

I wish I can give them half of one star which is what they deserve, only one bank teller attending customers, and they do not answer their phone, is mind blowing how this is a bank but service is just beyond poor, do not I repeat do not go to this bank if you don’t want to walk away frustrated and honestly I might not bank with Wells Fargo ever again due to this nonsense,At night when they close they shut down their atm, what joke this branch is.

Take a very long time in line only 2 cashiers this bank is always very slow. Several Managers standing around drinking coffee ,but not enough cashiers shameful. Been customer over 27yrs.

Waited in line for over 35 minutes as only one teller was only available out of eight windows I would not recommend this bank at all if you need some customer service or want to speak to someone.

Avoid at all costs. Over 30 min to get a simple cashiers check. Only one teller. Terrible customer service. Even had an appointment but cashiers checks can only be done by waiting in line for a teller.

I got to this branch to cash a company check for petty cash twice which our company got an commercial account for and they refused to cash i ask the manager Elda for an explanation she couldn’t give one she just told me the check not register but i go to another Wells Fargo branch and they cash the check with no problem now or make me feel like i was Discriminate on

Along 15 years... I am happy of being a WELLS FARGO customer... however... the Agency at 9301 NW 7 Ave...has the most unprofessional and incompetent team .
