I'm writing this review from the line... I count 4 employees behind the window but only 1 is working. The other 3 are just laughing and doing nothing as a line of 6 people are waiting. Jesus Christ, the lady in front of me has coin rolls! I'll be here all night...

I was very impressed with the service. I had an appointment with Henry and he was very helpful and professional and before meeting with him, while I was waiting in the lounge every single employee passing by would ask me if I needed help and kept me informed that my contact was coming shortly.

Horrible experience, waited for over 45 mi utes to deposit, very understaffed and manager just tells you "thats all the people we have"
