Went to use Drive up ATM and found the line completely blocked by cars parked in the line for it. Whole parking lot full on a sunday and EVEN THE DRIVE UP LANE!! This is ridiculous!!

Visited this Wells Fargo last week. Went through drive thru during business hours and there was no one sitting at the window. I thought it was closed. This was on a Friday. I had to park and physically get out of my car and go into the lobby. There were many people in line and it was like a 25 min wait. Only 2 tellers working.

Went in as a walk up to open a business account and they told me to wait for the next available agent. 1.5 hours later they tell me that they won’t be able to attend me because there’s no one available to help me. No organization. Made me waste my time. Chase has much better service and it’s right next to it.
