I HAD THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE, HUMILIATING, VERY UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE IN THIS BRANCH. MY RIGHTS WERE COMPLETELY VIOLATED & I WAS TREATED LIKE SOME KIND OF UNUSUAL SUSPECT OR CRIMINAL WHEN I WAS JUST TRYING TO WITHDRAWAL SOME CASH FOR PERSONAL REASONS. I WAS ATTENDED BY A TELLER BY THE NAME OF “PATRICIA RAMA COHEN” WHO ASKED ME WHAT I WAS WITHDRAWING THE MONEY FOR? I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, HUMILIATED & VIOLATED OF MY PERSONAL PRIVACY, I GAVE THIS PERSON MY FLORIDA STATE LICENSE, MY BANK CARD I PUT IN MY PIN, I GAVE HER THE CODE SENT TO MY PHONE, I DIDNT GIVE HER ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO THINK THAT THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT MINE OR THE MONEY WAS NOT MINE & SHE STILL TREATED ME LIKE THE ACCOUNT WAS NOT MINE. SHE THEN ASKED ME WHERE WAS MY LAST DEPOSIT FROM AND WHEN I DENIED TO ANSWER SHE CALLED THE BRANCH MANAGER “ANNA MARIA THEVENIN” WHO TRIED EXPLAINING TO ME THAT THESE QUESTIONS WERE FOR SECURITY PURPOSES AND THEY DO IT WITH EVERYONE BUT I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT WELLS FARGO FOR 5 YEARS NOW SINCE 2020 AND I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM OR EVER BEEN ASKED THESE QUESTIONS FOR WITHDRAWING ANY KIND OF MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT IS MY ACCOUNT AND IT IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY. PLUS I DID NOT GIVE ANY REASONS FOR THEM TO TREAT ME THIS WAY AT AL!!!! I GAVE THEM ALL OF MY INFORMATION!!! THE BRANCH MANAGER ASKED ME THE SAME QUESTION AS THE TELLER “WHERE WAS MY LAST DEPOSIT FROM” & WHEN I ASKED HER WHAT IF I DID NOT WANT TO RESPOND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL HAVE TO DENY MY TRANSACTION!!!!!!! I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE QUESTIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! BECAUSE THIS IS MY ACCOUNT AND I GAVE NO ONE ANY REASON TO THINK OTHERWISE!! AND FOR HER TO TELL ME THAT SHE WILL DENY GIVING ME MY FUNDS!!!! AND LITERALLY FORCE ME TO HAVE TO ANSWER HER WAS A COMPLETE VIOLATION OF MY PRIVACY AND RIGHTS AS AN AMERICAN CITIZEN!!!!! THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL, DISAPPOINTING, HUMILIATING AND JUST PLAIN WRONG AND INHUMANE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I CAN UNDERSTAND IF I GAVE YOU ANY SUSPICIOUS REASON BUT WHAT OTHER REASON WAS THERE OTHER THAN THE WAY I LOOK AND DRESS?!!! NONE WHAT SO EVER!!! I DON’T EVEN THINK THAT WHAT THAT MANAGER AND TELLER MADE ME GO THROUGH AND TO TO TELL ME THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY CASH IS EVEN LEGAL BUT I WILL BE FINDING OUT , THE CASE NUMBER I BELIEVE IS 06202503136214344 …. I AM TAKING THIS VERY SERIOUS, I WILL MOST LIKELY BE SWITCHING OUT BANKS AND LOOKING INTO THIS MORE, I HAD EVERY RIGHT TO DENY ANSWERING ANY OF THESE SUSPICIOUS QUESTIONS TOWARDS ME BECAUSE I GAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THEM AND TO FORCE ME INTO ANSWERING THEM BY TELLING ME THAT YOU WONT GIVING ME MY WITHDRAWAL ?!!!!! I WILL BE SEEKING ANSWERS!!!

The worst experience. I have 2 business accounts with Wells Fargo, I decided to go to this branch because it was near of where I was. When Fabiola approached, she had a terrible attitude, after I explained what I want to do she just gave several reasons of why I cannot open a new account. She does NOT have the knowledge neither the customer service manners to attend the public.
I went to another branch and without any problem I opened my account!!

Terrible customer service and stupid policies. Won't sell me a money order because I don't have a checking account, even though I'm there to pay my credit card...what a waste of time dealing with this ridiculous place. Won't be using them anymore

I give it one star because you can't give less, never in the many years that I have been in this country have I seen such terrible service as the one I experienced today in this bank. I was trying to open an account and three workers locked eyes with me standing in front and not even a good morning. I was there for around 20 minutes with another couple and a man who, of course, was not served during the time I was in that place. I hope they manage to improve their service and that this opinion is useful for something.

Worst experiences I ever had So after been in line for 40 minutes to deposit a check ,they told the check couldn't be verified I kindly ask what to do and the cashier name Luis responded he didn't know I ask to speak with the manager and it was even worse.The manager didn't have any manners he told me that he couldn't help me because the check was a piece of paper and if I was so sure about the check to be valid to go and deposit it at the ATM All of these in front of other customers and employees I don't know how people like these have these kind of jobs and God knows how many other customers has being threatened like these in the past I have been in Wells Fargo 12 years but I will be changing to a bank that care about their customers Please do not go there if you want to be treated with respect..

Worst Wells Fargo ever. I was stuck at this bank for over 2 hours waiting to be attended by the teller. There was only 1 teller and a line that made a U Turn. There were many employees walking around and many present in his area but yet there was only one teller. Very unprofessional establishment and I will not be coming here ever again.

The manager is a very rude lady, Wells Fargo should give her classes on how to deal with customers, I definitely don’t recommend this branch.
